Objective: To compare the consistency of Fibro Touch and Fibro Scan in the diagnosis of metabolic associated fatty liver disease and liver stiffness.Methods:481 patients with fatty liver suggested by Fibroscan who were treated at the Fatty Liver Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from July 2020 to February 2021 were used as the research object. The included patients were subjected to anthropological index determination, laboratory examination and Fibro Touch.Check the consistency and correlation of the two diagnoses through Kappa test,ROC curve and Pearson correlation analysis. Results: Fibro Scan and Fibro Touch had a coincidence rate of 68.40% in the detection of fatty liver, with a moderate consistency. The consistency rate of the two devices in the diagnosis of liver stiffness was 86.90%,with a high consistency. It is significantly higher than the diagnosis Consistency of fatty liver index. In addition, the fat attenuation value of the two detection methods was significantly positively correlated with the liver stiffness value. Conclusion: Fibro Touch and Fibro Scan are both consistent in the diagnosis of metabolic-related fatty liver disease and liver stiffness, and have high clinical application prospects.Among them, fibrotouch has higher specificity in the diagnosis of mild fatty liver, severe fatty liver and liver hardness, which is better than moderate fatty liver.
