Objective: To analyze the knowledge level of OAB(overactive bladder syndrome)among middle-aged and elderly women in Xining by means of random sampling survey,it can provide valuable reference for medical staff to carry out health promotion and education of OAB knowledge in their daily work, meanwhile,it can also help improve the correct understanding of OAB among middle-aged and elderly women in the community,so as to promote them to establish a reasonable lifestyle and control the incidence of OAB in a scientific and effective way.Method: 720 middle-aged and elderly women over 40 years old in xining region were randomly selected as the subjects of this study. The questionnaire designed by professionals was used to investigate them, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: Among the randomly selected subjects,96 knew the name of bladder hyperactivity disorder(OAB),and the awareness rate was 13.73%(96/699),cognitive information form and scored an average of 5.82 ±1.58,More than 95% of the respondents expressed a desire to learn more about OAB disease,at the same time the survey found that different age, nationality, culture level, occupation, annual income groups such as the score difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion: Middle-aged and elderly women have poor overall cognition of OAB.Most residents do not know the name of bladder hyperactivity disorder(OAB),and they have a high demand for oab-related disease knowledge and prevention knowledge. The middle-aged women with higher education level and better economic income in enterprises and institutions have better cognition of OAB knowledge. The ethnic minority groups of elderly women(mainly including hui,Tibetan, etc.)with low educational level,no stable job and low economic income have poor cognition of OAB.Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics of female patients diagnosed with primary OAB in our hospital, and to analyze the risk factors affecting the severity of OAB,so as to provide reasonable reference for prevention, clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:Female patients admitted to the outpatient and inpatient departments of the affiliated hospital of qinghai university from September 2017 to December 2018 were selected. The diagnosis was in line with the primary OAB,and the patients were divided into three groups according to the self-assessment scale(OABSS)score of patients with overactive bladder, and the relevant statistical methods were used to analyze the risk factors affecting the severity of OAB.Results:A total of 92 female patients with primary OAB were included in this study, including 46 patients with mild OAB,accounting for 50%,27 patients with moderate OAB,accounting for 29.35%,and 19 patients with severe OAB,accounting for 20.65%.After grouping in different ways, the statistical results showed that the difference between the severity of OAB and the age body mass index(BMI)number of deliveries, delivery mode, diabetes history, anxiety score and other relevant factors between the groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:(1)With the increase of age,BMI,anxiety degree and number of births, the OAB degree becomes more and more serious;(2)Compared with cesarean section and undelivered women, vaginal delivery is a risk factor for aggravating the severity of OAB in women;(3)Diabetes was associated with the severity of primary OAB symptoms in women, with higher severity in the diabetic group than in the nondiabetic group.
