Objective: Cornual pregnancy and cervical pregnancy are two rare types of ectopic pregnancy. If the doctor makes mistakes in the diagnosis and treatment, that may cause uterine rupture and massive bleeding, which will bring danger to patients' lives. In recent years, due to the increasing applications of assisted reproductive technology(ART),the increasing fertility of second births caused by policy liberalization, the incidence has increased year by year. With the maturity of hysteroscopy and other minimally invasive techniques, because of its minimally invasive, direct vision, painless characteristics,it can more effectively retain the reproductive function of patients and reduce the pain of patients, and become an ideal choice for the treatment of cornual pregnancy and cervical pregnancy. To explore the efficacy, safety and feasibility of the treatment of cornual pregnancy and cervical pregnancy by hysteroscopy,50 cases of cornual pregnancy and cervical pregnancy were collected and analyzed retrospectively from December 2016 to December 2018 in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University.According to the different treatments by hysteroscopy and not by hysteroscopy, and the situation before operation, after pretreatment and after operation, distinguished the data into different groups to analysis and discuss to provide clinical basis for the treatment of cornual pregnancy and cervical pregnancy by hysteroscopy. Methods: According to the different treatment ways, the patients were divided into two groups, there were 25 patients in the hysteroscopic electrotomy of pregnancy lesions group and another 25 patients were in B-ultrasound-guided uterine curettage group.By means of comparative classification, analysis and induction, and by means of statistical analysis, the clinical characteristics, treatment options and post-operative efficacy were analyzed and discussed in order to find statistically significant data differences. Results: In the analysis of preoperative clinical data, such as the menopausal days, size of lesions, age of the patients and preoperative human chorionic gonadotropin level, there were no significant differences between them(P>0.05).In the analysis of pretreatment clinical data, such as human chorionic gonadotropin level on the forth day and the seventh day after pretreatment, there were also no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).In the analysis of postoperative clinical data, such as human chorionic gonadotropin level on the first day after operation, the degree of intraoperative bleeding, the negative change of human chorionic gonadotropin level, the days of hospitalization and the recovery of menstruation, there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of cornual pregnancy and cervical pregnancy by hysteroscopy has the advantages of high success rate of operation, less trauma, less pain, less intraoperative bleeding, quick recovery and good prognosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
