Objective:(1)When there was no abnormality in transvaginal sonograph, hysteroscopy was used to observe the uterine cavity of patients after failure of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, and the detection rate and types of abnormalities were analyzed.(2)To analyze the pregnancy outcomes of the patients who underwent hysteroscopy and re-transplantation after a failed transplantation. Methods: From January 2017 to December 2018,76 patients who underwent hysteroscopy before in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer were selected as the study group and 85 patients who did not undergo hysteroscopy as the control group.Combined with pathological examination, the uterine cavity was observed and counted, and the detection rate and types of abnormal uterine cavity were analyzed. To compare the clinical pregnancy rate of the patients after hysteroscopy and treatment with that of the control group.Results:(1)When there was no obvious abnormality in transvaginal sonograph,24 cases(31.58%)of normal uterine cavity and 52 cases(68.42%)of uterine cavity lesions were found after hysteropathy examination and treatment for a failed transplantation.Among them,33 cases(43.42%)had endometritis,9 cases(11.84%)had endometrial dysplasia,8 cases(10.53%)had mild intrauterine adhesion, and 2 cases(2.63%)had endometrial polyps.(2)The pregnancy rate was 65.79% in the study group and 47.06% in the control group. The pregnancy rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:(1)Hysteroscopy can detect small lesions missed by transvaginal sonograph.(2)When transvaginal ultrasound did not find abnormalities, the detection rate of neutron endometritis was the highest in patients who failed in one transplantation.(3)Hysteroscopy and treatment are helpful to improve the pregnancy rate of IVF-ET for patients who have failed a transplantation.
