Objective To analyze the incidence of nutritional risk and its influencing factors in patients with inflammatory bowel disease, and to provide clinical evidence for early nutritional intervention in patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Methods Retrospective analysis of the case data of 130 patients who were diagnosed with IBD in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2015 to August 2018.including: 1.General information: gender, age, duration, height, weight, history of personal illness, history of gastrointestinal surgery, eating status, stool conditions(color, traits, frequency),weight changes,complications,etc;2.The tests and laboratory examinations: blood routine, biochemical routine,CRP,ESR,histopathology, imaging examination and gastrointestinal endoscopy;3.Hospitalization: hospitalization days, nutritional support,etc.4.NRS 2002 score;5.According to the nutritional risk screening results, patients with inflammatory bowel disease were divided into nutritional risk group and non-nutrition risk group, and SPSS 23.0 software was used for comparative analysis. Results 1.The NRS 2002 score was 64.62%(84/130)in detecting nutritional risk in IBD patients.2.Nutrition risk group(NRS 2002? 3)and no nutrition risk group(NRS 2002<3points):There was no significant difference in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05);there was significant difference in hemoglobin, albumin,BMI and hospitalization days between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.The nutritional risk rates of Crohn disease(CD)and ulcerative colitis(UC)were 80.65%(25/31)and 59.60%(59/99),respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).the incidence of CD and UC hypoproteinemia were 64.52%(20/31)and 39.39%(39/99),respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of CD and UC anemia was 58.06%(18/31)and 32.32%(32/99),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the incidence of nutritional risk among remission,mild-moderate and severe active stages(P < 0.05);There was a significant difference in the incidence of nutritional risk between colorectal lesions and colonic and small intestinal lesions(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of nutritional risk between the history of gastrointestinal surgery and the history of gastrointestinal surgery(P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that the severity of the disease was an independent risk factor(P < 0.05).Patients in the light-middle activity period were more likely to develop nutritional risk than those in the remission period(P<0.05,OR=3.444),and patients in severe active stage were more likely to have nutritional risk than those in mild-to-moderate active stage(P < 0.05,OR = 25.603).Conclusion Inflammatory bowel disease has a high incidence of nutritional risk, especially in CD patients. The severity and location of the disease are risk factors for nutritional risk in IBD patients, and the severity of the disease is also an independent risk factor.
