Objective To investigate the changes of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and serum albumin(Alb)in early pregnancy and mid-pregnancy during pregnancy with different thyroid function,and analyze the relationship between them.Methods 1.Pregnant women who were admitted to the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2014 to December 2017 for Prenatal diagnosis center and Endocrine clinic.2.Screening the pregnancy with hypothyroidism group(case group),79 cases;the pregnancy with hyperthyroidism group(case group),90 cases;and normal pregnancy group(control group),404 cases.The hypothyroidism group(case group),according to the gestation periods when the pregnant women were diagnosed with hypothyroidism at the first time,the pregnant women were divided into the first trimester of pregnancy(G1-G12w),21 cases;The second trimester of pregnancy(G13w-G27w),58cases;The hyperthyroidism group(case group),according to the gestation periods when the pregnant women were diagnosed with hyperthyroidism at the first time,the pregnant women were divided into the first trimester of pregnancy(G1-G12w),31 cases;The second trimester of pregnancy(G13w-G27w),59 cases;The normal pregnancy group(control group),according to the first thyroid function test results in the pregnancy according to the improvement of the corresponding examination at the first visit and the absence of abnormality in the thyroid abnormality,the pregnant women were divided into the first trimester of pregnancy(G1-G12w),113 cases;The second trimesterof pregnancy(G13w-G27w),291 cases.3.To compare the differ of Serum albumin(ALB)levels in these groups during the different pregnancy periods,and to study the correlation between ALB and TSH in different pregnancy periods.Results The level of TSH in the hypothyroidism group(case group)was 6.862±7.115mIU/L,The level of TSH detected in the normal pregnancy group(control group)was2.203±1.178mIU/L,The level of TSH in the hypothyroidism group significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Levels of TSH in the hypothyroidism group(case group)were 6.467±1.145mIU/L and 7.005±8.290mIU/L in the first trimester and the second trimester,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The level of TSH in the hyperthyroidism group(case group)was 0.069±0.079mIU/L,and the level of TSH detected in the normal pregnancy group(control group)was 2.203±1.178mIU/L,the difference between them was statistically significant(p<0.05).Levels of TSH in the hyperthyroidism group(case group)were 0.058±0.067mIU/L and 0.075±0.855mIU/L in the first trimester and the second trimester,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Serum albumin values in the hypothyroidism group(case group)were 38.74±2.71g/L and 35.62±4.00g/L in the first trimester and the second trimester,compared with the normal pregnancy group,the serum albumin was decreased in the first trimester and the second trimester,and the difference was statistically significant.In the hyperthyroidism group(case group),the serum albumin value was 39.88±2.93g/L in the first trimester of pregnancy,which was lower than normal pregnancy group,and the difference was statistically significant.The serum albumin value in the second trimester pregnancy of hyperthyroidism group(case group)was 37.06±3.42g/L.Compared with the serum albumin value that detected in the normalpregnancy group,there was no significant between them.The correlation analysis between TSH and ALB that in the cases group and control group in different pregnancy: There was a positive correlation between serum albumin and TSH in the first trimester pregnancy with hypothyroidism group and normal pregnancy group.There was a positive correlation between serum albumin and TSH in the second trimester pregnancy with hyperthyroidism.The correlation between AGE and ALB that in the cases group and control group in different pregnancy:There was a negative correlation between age and serum albumin in the first trimester pregnancy with normal pregnancy group,and no significant linear correlation between age and serum albumin in the second trimester;The case groups(hypothyroidism group,hyperthyroidism group)were no significant linear correlation between age and serum in the early pregnancy and the second trimester.Conclusion Pregnancy with hypothyroidism in patients with early trimester and second trimester,and pregnancy with hyperthyroidism in the first trimester can have certain effect on serum albumin metabolism,leading to decrease in serum albumin in pregnant women.There was a positive correlation between serum albumin and TSH in the first trimester pregnancy group with hypothyroidism group and normal pregnancy group.There was a positive correlation between serum albumin and TSH in the second trimester pregnancy with hyperthyroidism.In addition,there was a negative correlation between age and serum albumin in the first trimester pregnancy with normal pregnancy group.
