Clinical Observation Of Compound Shengshi San Treating The Early Threatened Abortion Of Kidney Deficiency Type

Objective:This paper is based on the deficiency of kidney type of early threatened abortion patients as the research object,through observing the improvement of clinical symptoms,changes of serum Progesterone(P),Human chorionic gonadotropin(?-HCG),serum Carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)level and their pelvic ultrasound in patients with threatened abortion,in order to evaluate the clinical effect treatment of compound Shengshi San in patients with deficiency of kidney type early threatened abortion,to provide clinical basis for later promotion.And via the changes of the level of serum Carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),to investigate the effect of serum CA125 level on pregnancy outcome in patients with deficiency of kidney type early threatened abortion.Methods: 152 cases of patients with deficiency of kidney type early threatened abortion and randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment group A and western medicine control group B,with 76 cases in each group.Group A treated with compound Shengshi san,and group B treated with intramuscular injection of progesterone(20mg).Two treatment courses were given each group.To observe the clinical symptoms improvement,serum P,?-HCG,serum CA125 level changes and their pelvic ultrasound in the two groups of patients,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound Shengshi san.Results:1.Comparison of TCM symptoms score:There was no significant difference in theimproving TCM symptoms score of patients with threatened abortion of kidneytype(P>0.05).However,There was significant difference in the improvement TCM singlesymptoms score in patients with threatened abortion of kidney type(P<0.05).2.Comparison of clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of TCM treatment group was86.84%,and the total effective rate of western medicine control group was 88.16%,there was no significant variation in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of pelvic ultrasound: After treatment,there was no significant variation in embryo development between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Compared with sex hormones level:Serum P and ?-HCG level were significantly increased in both groups after treatment.which was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Both groups in increased Serum P and ?-HCG level were comparable.5.Comparison of serum CA125 level:Both groups can effectively reduce the serum CA125 level of pregnant women,and there was a significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in serum CA125 level between the successful and unsuccessful patients before treatment(P<0.05).and the serum CA125 level of the successful patients before treatment was significantly lower than that of the unsuccessful patients.There was a significant difference in serum CA125 level between the successful and unsuccessful patients after treatment(P<0.05).and the serum CA125 level of the successful patients was significantly decreased after treatment,while the serum CA125 level of the unsuccessful patients was not decreased but increased after treatment.Conclusion:1.Compound Shengshi San has a significant effect on the treatment of the early thre atened abortion of kidney deficiency type,which can improve the clinical symptoms of pa tient with early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type,increase the level of serum P??-HCG,and reduce the level of serum CA125,which can be further promoted.2.Compound Shengshi San and progesterone injection can effectively treat early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency type,but in terms of imporving single symptoms score ofkidney-deficiency type of TCM,Compound Shengshi San powder is obviously superior to progesterone injection.3.The pregnancy outcome of patients with high serum CA125 level before treatment and no significant decrease after treatment was not ideal.And monitoring the changes of serum CA125 level has certain clinical reference value for the evaluation of pregnancy outcome with early threatened abortion.
