Clinical Observation Of Heweishupiyin Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia In Elderly Patients With Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency

Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy of Heweishupiyin Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in elderly patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Heweishupiyin Decoction.Methods:A randomized controlled method was performed in this study,and 70 patients were selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random digital form,with 35 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Heweishupiyin decoction,the control group was given Mosapride Citrate Tablets.The period of treatment was 4 weeks.The changes of total symptom scores,TCM syndrome evaluation,electrogastrogram parameters and Hamilton anxiety scale scores before and after treatment were recorded,and statistical analysis was performed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Heweishupiyin Decoction.Results:1.Total 70 patients were included in the study.One case fell out of the experimental group and two cases fell out of the control group.Finally,67 patients finished the clinical observation,with the falling rate of 4.3%.2.Comparison of Overall symptom score: Both groups can improve the clinical symptoms of patients to some extent after treatment,while the overall symptom score of the experimental group after treatment is lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of single clinical symptom scores: After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of single symptom in the experimental group were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),especially after the meal,the symptoms of fullness,early satiety,and upper abdominal pain were significantly decreased(P<0.01).And in the experimental group,the symptoms of fullness and discomfort after the meal were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the symptoms of fullness discomfort and premature sensation decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the treatment group,there was no significant difference between the symptoms of middle and upper abdominal pain and middle upper abdomen burning sensation(P>0.05).4.Comparison of the overall efficacy of TCM symptoms: After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 88.2%,which was better than 72.8% of the control group.5.Comparison of electrogastrogram parameters: The two groups had different degrees of increase before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the main frequency,normal slow wave percentage and reaction area between the two groups before meals(P>0.05).The main frequency,normal slow wave percentage and reaction area of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).6.Comparison of HAMA scale score: After four weeks of treatment,the HAMA score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Comparison of safety and recurrence rate: There were no obvious adverse events in the treatment of the two groups.Follow-up 4 weeks after treatment,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 11.76%,which was significantly lower than the control group with a recurrence rate of 36.36%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Heweishupiyin Decoction is superior to Mosapride Citrate Tablets in improving the overall symptomatic efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy of patients with functional dyspepsia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.2.Older patients with functional dyspepsia have varying degrees of depression,and Heweishupiyin can improve the anxiety state of functional dyspepsia in the elderly.3.There was no adverse events of during the treatment process of Heweishupiyin Decoction,so it is safe.
