Research On The Prescription Pattern Of Professor Xikui Zhang In Treatment For Chronic Kidney Disease From Spleen And Kidney Related Based On Data Mining

Objective: This study intends to use data mining methods to analyze the treatment of chronic kidney disease cases by Professor Xikui Zhang,to study prescription pattern and clinical experience of Professor Xikui Zhang in treatment for chronic kidney disease from Spleen and Kidney Related.The final purpose is to better inherit and glorify Zhang's experience and cacdemic thought.Methods: This study was collected chronic kidney disease cases from January 2014 to December 2018 in the Department of State Clinic of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the outpatient clinical of Second People's Hospital of Fujian Province.The cases was selected to conform to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and set up a database of Zhang's treatment of chronic kidney disease cases from Spleen and Kidney Related.Using WPS Excel table data processing functions and basic statistical methods to study the general situation of chronic kidney disease patients.The frequency and clustering function of IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 software were used to analyze the prescriptions and medicine for the treatment of chronic kidney disease from Spleen and Kidney Related and the association analysis of them was performed using the Apriori algorithm of the IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Result: A total of 200 patients were included in this study,men account for excess women,the highest incidence of between 41 and 50 years of age;the majority of primary glomerular disease and chronic renal failure.Drugs with a frequency of ? 25.00% were membranous milkvetch root,Indian buead,yerbadetajo herb,densefruit pittany root-bark,glossy privet fruit,eucommia bark,chicken's gizzard-membrane,dendrobium,gordon euryale seed,oriental waterplantain rhizome,rice-grain sprout,malt,rhubarb,Chinese taxillus twig,prepared commom monkshood daughter root,sanchi,oyster shell,lalang grass rhizome.The frequencyof use of tonic drugs was the highest,accounting for 31.59% of the total frequency,and the cumulative frequency of the top twelve drugs was 95.82%,follwed by tonic drugs,damp-clearing drugs,digestant drugs,heat-clearing drugs,astringent drugs,hemostatic drugs,blood-quicking stasis-transforming drugs,diaphoretic drugs,drugs for calming liver to stop endogenous wind,Qi-regulating drugs,wind-damp dispelling drugs,laxative drugs.The main drug combinations are membranous milkvetch root,glossy privet fruit and yerbadetajo herb;membranous milkvetch root,Indian buead,and eucommia bark;rhubarb,prepared commom monkshood daughter root and membranous milkvetch root.Cluster analysis divided the drugs with a frequency of ? 5.00% into four groups.Conclusion:1 Professor Xikui Zhang believe that the basic pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease is deficiency of the spleen and kidney,and the main pathological factors are dampness,turbidity,stasis,wind and toxicity.2 Based on the data mining results of cases and combined with the clinical pathogenesis and progress of chronic kidney disease,Professor Xikui Zhang's treatment of chronic kidney disease from Spleen and Kidney Related is mainly divided into three types: spleen-kidney Qi deficiency,Qi-Yin Deficiency and spleen-kidney Yang deficiency.3 In the treatment of chronic kidney disease,Professor Xikui Zhang's basic treatment methods are invigorating the spleen and kidney,supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin and warming the spleen and kidney.4 For prescriptions,Professor Xikui Zhang from the Spleen and Kidney Related treatment of chronic kidney disease clinical mainly with Rhei and Aconiti Praeparatae Decoction,Huangqi Erzhi Wan,Liuwei Dihuang Wan add Membranous Milkvetch Root three basal prescriptions.5 Professor Xikui Zhang's treatment of chronic kidney disease from the Spleen and Kidney Related mainly consists of the following commonly used drug combinations:membranous milkvetch root,glossy privet fruit and yerbadetajo herb;membranous milkvetch root,Indian buead and eucommia bark;rhubarb,prepared commom monkshood daughter root and membranous milkvetch root.
