| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenqiwulingsan deoction on Cervical Spondy-losis of vertebral artery type with Phlegm and dampness block syndrome,and to provide reference for clinical treatment of Cervical Spondy-losis of vertebral artery type.Methods Selected 60 patients with Cervical Spondy-losis of vertebral artery type were diagnosed as Phlegm and dampness block syndrome in the outpatient department of orthopedics department of Fuzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine,from January 2018 to December 2018,The data of name,age and sex of 60 patients were recorded.According to the criteria of case diagnosis,inclusion,exclusion,elimination and shedding,60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group by simple randomization.30 patients in the control group were treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloric acid capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Shenqiwulingsan deoction combine with Flunarizine Hydrochloric acid capsule for 4 weeks.Before treatment and 4 weeks later,analyzed the scores of symptoms and function of Cervical Spondy-losis of Vertebral Artery type,the average blood flow velocity of left,right vertebral artery and basilar artery in TCD of each group.The curative effect of TCM diagnosis was evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment.All the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software,and the difference was statistically significant when P<0.05 showed that the difference was statistically significant.Results(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the symptoms and functional scores of Cervical Spondy-losis of vertebral artery type in the two groups were compared with each other,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggests that both groups had curative effect.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which indicated that the treatment group could reduce the patients’ symptoms and improve the functions more significantly.(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,compared the low shear,middle shear and high shear in the whole blood viscosity of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggests that both groups have curative effect.The results shows that the low shear,the middle shear in the whole blood viscosity was difference(P<0.05),but the high shear difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which indicts that the treatment group could improve the low shear,the middle shear in whole blood viscosity rate more significantly.(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,compared the average blood flow velocity of left,right vertebral artery and basilar artery in TCD of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggests that both groups have curative effect.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicts that the treatment group could significantly improve the average blood flow velocity of left,right vertebral artery and basilar artery in TCD.(4)After 4 weeks of treatment,9 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective in the treatment group,and 2 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective in the control group.The curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05),which indicts that the curative effect of the treatment group was more significant.Conclusion Shenqiwulingsan deoction can significantly reduce the patients’ symptoms and improve the functions of Cervical Spondy-losis of Vertebral Artery type,low shear of whole blood viscosity in hemorheology,middle shear index and average blood flow velocity of left and right vertebral artery and basilar artery in TCD.And can improve the symptoms of Phlegm and dampness block syndrome of Cervical Spondy-losis of Vertebral Artery type,the curative effect is more significant. |
