ObjectiveThroughout the clinical research,To analyze the correlation between hypercoagulable state of colon cancer and different age, disease location,TNM stage,KPS score, past treatment of Western medicine,to analyze the distribution of common TCM syndromes in patients with colon cancer, and to explore the relationship between TCM syndromes of colon cancer and hypercoagulable state and thromboelastogram index,so as to provide theoretical reference for TCM treatment and improvement of hypercoagulable state of colon cancer.MethodsColon cancer patients in Fujian Second People's Hospital from January 1,2018 to January 1,2019 were collected as case group, and 30 healthy people in our hospital as control group.Compare the differences of sex,age and thromboelastogram between the two groups;understand the different age, location,TNM stage,KPS score, distribution of TCM syndromes and the proportion of hypercoagulable state in patients with different treatment methods of Western medicine;and analyze the relationship between hypercoagulable state of colon cancer and TCM syndromes, thromboelastogram index R value(reaction time),K value(blood coagulation time),alpha angle. The relationship between coagulation angle and MA value.Results1.The distribution of hypercoagulable state,R value and MA value in the case group and the control group had significant difference(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in sex, age, alpha angle and K value between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Among 90 cases of colon cancer, the order of occurrence was Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(37.78%),Qi and blood deficiency syndrome(34.44%),damp-heat accumulation syndrome(15.56%),spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome(6.66%)and liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome(5.56%).3.There was significant difference between TCM syndromes and TNM stages of colon cancer(P < 0.05).The syndrome of dampness-heat accumulation,qi stagnation and blood stasis were the most common types of TNM stage II patients, and the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood was the most common type of TNM stage III patients. There was significant difference between TNM staging and deficiency and excess syndrome types in patients with colon cancer(P < 0.05).Empirical evidence was more common in patients with stage I and II of TNM,and deficiency syndrome was more common in patients with stage III and IV of TNM.4.The occurrence of hypercoagulable state had significant difference with age,TNM stage,KPS score, operation, chemotherapy,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,R value and MA value(P < 0.05),but had no significant difference with location, radiotherapy, immunity, targeted therapy,K value and alpha angle(P > 0.05).MA value,TNM stage and Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are three independent risk factors for hypercoagulability.Conclusion1.High coagulation is common in patients with colon cancer.2.Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,Qi-blood deficiency syndrome and dampness-heat accumulation syndrome are common TCM syndromes in patients with colon cancer. The basic therapies for colon cancer should be tonifying Qi and blood, regulating Qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, clearing away heat and removing dampness.3.In stage I and II of TNM in patients with colon cancer, eliminating pathogenic factors is the main treatment, which is suitable for clearing away heat and dampness, regulating qi and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis;in stage III and IV of TNM,the main treatment is strengthening the body, which is suitable for tonifying qi and blood.4.Age,TNM stage,KPS score, surgery, chemotherapy,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,R value and MA value are the main risk factors of hypercoagulability in patients with colon cancer.TNM stage,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and MA value are independent risk factors for hypercoagulability.5.There is a close relationship between the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis in colon cancer and the R value and MA value of hypercoagulable state, thromboelastogram index. The method of regulating qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can be used to improve the hypercoagulable state of colon cancer patients. The R value and MA value can be used as a therapeutic evaluation index of improving the hypercoagulable state of blood by traditional Chinese medicine.
