Literature Study On The Treatment Of Snakebite With Folk Chinese Herbs In Fujian

Objective Through sorting out and researching the relevant literature of snakebite,folk Chinese herbal medicine and experience prescription in Fujian,this paper discusses the characteristics of using folk Chinese herbal medicine to treat snakebite in Fujian,analyses and summarizes the common folk Chinese herbal medicine used to treat snakebite in Fujian,and excavates the medicinal characteristics of snakebite in Fujian,in order to provide literature support for academic research on folk Chinese herbal medicine and snakebite in Fujian,and to provide literature support Clinical treatment provides drug reference.Methods In the course of the research,this paper systematically combs the snake medicine works,folk Chinese herbal medicine books and prescriptions in Fujian area by using the methods of literature investigation,comparative study,analysis and induction,text analysis and case analysis.Through the statistical data of the frequency of the use of folk Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions for snake wound treatment in this area,this paper explores the folk Chinese herbal medicine commonly used in snake wound treatment.The statistical results were systematically studied from the point of view of snake wound treatment and modern pharmacology,and the mechanism of snake wound treatment was explored.Through the analysis and comparison of the prescriptions for snakebite treatment,it is concluded that the medication characteristics of snakebite treatment are: simple compatibility of prescriptions,various medication methods,simple anti-snake method and exact therapeutic effect.And then explore the prescriber's treatment ideas for snakebite,excavate the treatment concept of snakebite.Conclusion First,the snake doctors in Fujian Province have a more comprehensive understanding of snake wounds.For the snake venom wounds,there is a clearer understanding of the laws of the transition from the entanglement to the filth.The folk Chinese herbal medicines commonly used in the treatment of snake wounds in Fujian include Xu Changqing,Baiqi,Wuhuan,Banbianlian,T.chinensis,Houttuynia cordata,Dendrobium and Scutellaria.Second,the purpose of Chinese herbal medicine to treat snake wounds is to remove snake venom from the body,rather than neutralizing snake venom in the body.Third,the use of medicine for the treatment of snake wounds in Fujian has the characteristics of simple compatibility,various ways of medication,simple anti-snake method and exact therapeutic effect.In the treatment of snake wounds with external application,such as limb swelling,subcutaneous hematoma,skin without foaming and ulceration,cyanosis is not obvious with wine;if cyanosis is obvious,blood stasis is more often with vinegar;skin ulceration,exudation is obvious,If the drug is not easy to adhere to the injured area,add rice bran water when preparing the external application;if the skin is ulcerated,the exudation is less and the dryness is added,then the vegetable oil is added when the external application is prepared;if the skin surface is more blistering,the external application is modulated.When the medicine is added,the egg is clear;the skin is ulcerated,the wound surface is gray,the blood circulation is poor,or the wound is not closed for a long time,then the sugar is added when the external application is prepared;when the medicine is more,the medicine is added.In addition to the usual application of external application directly to the wound,the hoop method is also used for the treatment of snake wounds.The use of Chinese herbal medicine to treat snake wounds has the characteristics of simplicity,convenience,low cost and examination,which can make up for the deficiency of current anti-venom serum treatment of snake venom without broad-spectrum validity and the inability to eliminate non-free snake venom.The Chinese herbal medicine commonly used in the treatment of snake wounds in Fujian is clinically effective.The rich use of drugs is more targeted for the treatment of snake wounds.The experience of excavating Chinese herbal medicine for treating snake wounds is of great significance for the treatment of snake wounds by means of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
