A Study On Snake String Ulcer Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: Using the method of computer data mining,combined with the theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper analyzes the experience and rule of the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods: Data mining combined with medical statistics.Results: A total of 235 clinical basis to collect the snake strand sore,using data mining software SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Modeler,use frequency analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,data mining results are obtained:1 Patients generally dig results: the onset age of the patients with snakebite was mainly in the 40 ~ 79 years,with 177 people,accounting for 75.96% of the total number of patients.The patients were divided by their sex,129 male patients,104 female patients and slightly higher incidence rate of male than female.Snakes can happen all year round,and spring is at its peak.2 Clinical symptoms mining results: based on the symptoms of digging,get the snake strand sore disease symptoms of 15 in high frequency,respectively: red tongue,pulse string,chest,pain,skin bright red and yellow moss,back,heat,zonal distribution,stabbing pain,constipation,number of arteries and veins,moss greasy,insomnia,thin coating.Through the exploration of its pathogenesis,it was found in the breast side(60.43%),followed by the back,waist,limbs and abdomen,etc.3 The results of the syndrome excavation: according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of snake series(revised in 2014),the clinical syndromes of snake series are the three types of liver meridian,spleen deficiency,and Qi stagnation and blood stasis.According to the statistics of clinical medical records,it can also be seen that there is Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Qi and Yin syndrome.So the and gall,the spleen and kidney can also cause disease.The pathological factors were mainly wet and hot,and also saw Qi stagnation,blood stasis,Qi deficiency,wind evil,Yin deficiency,blood deficiency and Yang deficiency.4 Medication rule mining results: the frequency analysis method of diagnosis and treatment drugs 237,15 taste traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is the most commonly used in the order: licorice,radix scutellariae,rhizoma corydalis,radix bupleuri,radix angelicae sinensis,radix geutianae,radix rehmanniae,gardenia,radix paeoniae rubra,radix isatidis,chuanxiong,red sage root,honeysuckle,plantain seed,safflower.Will classify the 237 TCM drug 19 categories,clear heat medicine use most frequently(1055),the medicine for activating blood circulation and second(512),wet medicine tonic medicine,water permeability,nourish,and Qi,flat extinguish wind liver medicine such as drug also play an important role in the snake strand sore treatment.Using correlation analysis method,45 pairs of clinical drugs were obtained,such as frankincense and myrrh;safflower and peach kernel;gentian and plantain seed;scutellaria and alisma;angelica and peach kernel;radix isatidis and purple grass;licorice and paeony;radix bupleuzi and turmeric and so on.Three drug related drugs,such as gentian,akebiaquinata,gardenia;Rafflower,peac kernel,chuanxiong;radix scutellariae,alisma,radix bupleuzi and so on.Four drugs related to the drug,such as gentian,plantain,radix bupleuzi,scutellaria;radix bupleuzi,radix rehmanniae,radix angelicae sinensis,scutellaria;peach kernel,rafflower,chuanxiong,angelica etc.The cluster analysis method was used to obtain 5 clusters: C1: gentian,gardenia,scutellaria and radix bupleuzi;C2:atractylodes,poria and hovenia dulcis;C3: soil poria,cypress,atractylodes and wind protection;C4: chicken blood vine,pearl mother,wheat winter,crown prince,xuanshen,and incense stick;C5: peach,safflower,astragalus and chuanxiong.Conclusion: From the point of patients with the disease,the snake strand sore disease,old people most likely to happen in stage is therefore the body upright by turning tide,viscera essence gradually dissipated,pathogenic factors,easily disease easily.From the point of view of its pathogenesis,the skin lesions of the snake are more than that of the breast,which is closely related to the liver meridian,and the liver is not well.From the perspective of syndrome distribution,the early stage of the disease,the intoxication of the toxin,and the empirical evidence;In the later stage of the disease,the residual toxin is not exhausted,Qi stagnation blood stasis,Qi and Jin two injuries,and the insubstantial inclusions.The liver and spleen were the main pathogenic sites.The pathogenesis of humidity,heat,blood stasis and deficiency.According to the law of drug administration,it is often used to treat diseases,such as heat treatment,invigorating blood circulation,tonic medicine,and water infiltration.It is due to the accumulation of hot and humid blood stasis of snake.
