OBJECTIVE: To observe the effectiveness of electric erecting bed training in preventing lung infection in patients with squat bed and to explore its mechanism of action,and to analyze the related factors of pulmonary infection in patients with squat bed,in order to help prevent the occurrence of pulmonary infection in clinical early stage.METHODS: A total of 60 patients with stroke and craniocerebral injury were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The clinical data of each patient were counted.The control group received routine treatment,the observation group was combined with electric erecting bed training on the basis of the control group.After 10 treatments or when there was pulmonary infection,the observation was stopped,blood sampling and chest imaging examination(CT or X-ray film)were performed,and the lungs Infection of the two groups were evaluated after treatment,and several factors were selected from the clinical data of the two groups to analyze the related factors of pulmonary infection in patients with bed rest.RESULT:1.There were no significant differences in the age,sex,duration of disease,and main clinical data between the two groups before the experiment.2.Evaluation of the effect after the experiment:The incidence of pulmonary infection in the observation group was 13.3%,and that in the control group was 40.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the experiment,the difference of white blood cell count between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Analysis of factors related to pulmonary infection: The significant factors in the univariate analysis were calculated at the ?=0.05 level and introduced into the logistic regression model.Invasive procedures,hypoproteinemia,and regression coefficients of age?60 years were found.The values are all greater than 0,and the OR values are 14.241,14.246,and 8.414,respectively.The regression coefficient of electric erecting bed training is ?<0,and the OR value is 0.075,indicating invasive operation,hypoproteinemia,age?60 years for stroke and cranial An independent risk factor for pulmonary infection in patients with bed rest after brain injury,and electric erecting bed training is a protective factor for lung infection.CONCLISION:Electric erecting bed training can effectively prevent lung infection in patients with squat bed after stroke and craniocerebral injury,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.Patients with squat bed after stroke and craniocerebral injury with hypoproteinemia,invasive procedures and elderly people are more prone to pulmonary infection.
