Objective:The expressions of TIM-3,STAT3 and IL-6 proteins in normal colorectal mucosa,colorectal adenoma and colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were detected,and the relationship between the three indicators and the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer as well as the clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Methods: From our department through strict screening collection of 10 cases of normal colorectal tissues and colorectal adenomas group 42 cases,70 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma tissue,using immunohistochemical method to detect TIM-3,STAT3,IL-6 in three kinds of protein expression levels in the organization,and the positive cells take up of the same kind of cells to multiply the strength of the color of the proceeds of the total score to determine the expression level of the index,USES the chi-square test of SPSS software to analyze the index and the relationship between the clinical pathological features and Spearman correlation analysis,the analysis of the correlation between the index.Results:TIM-3,STAT3,and IL-6 were expressed in normal colorectal mucosa,adenoma,and adenocarcinoma tissues.The positive rates of TIM-3 were 30%(3/10),66.7%(28/42),and 84.3%(59/70),respectively,The positive rates of STAT3 were 20%(2/10),59.5%(25/42),and 80%(56/70),respectively.The positive rates of IL-6 were 30%(3/10),71.4%(30/42)and 91.4%(64/70).The positive expression rates of the three indicators in the colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were all higher than those in the adenoma and normal tissue groups.Meanwhile,the positive expressions in the adenocarcinoma,adenoma and normal colorectal mucosa groups were compared in pairs,and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).TIM-3,STAT3,IL-6 in colorectal adenocarcinoma with gender,age,position had nothing to do and tumor size(P > 0.05),STAT3 also had nothing to do with tumor infiltrating depth and differentiation(P > 0.05)and was associated with the lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of the tumor(P < 0.05),The higher the lymph node metastasis and TNM stage,the higher the positive STAT3 expression rate.TIM-3 andIL-6 were associated with tumor invasion depth,differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P < 0.05).The deeper the tumor invasion depth was,the worse the differentiation degree was,the higher the lymph node metastasis was,and the higher the TNM stage was,the higher the positive expression rate was(P<0.05).The expression of IL-6 protein was positively correlated with the expression of STAT3 protein(r=0.357,P < 0.05),while TIM-3 was not correlated with the expression of STAT3,TIM-3 and IL-6 protein.Conclusion:1.TIM-3,STAT3 and IL-6 are expressed in normal colorectal mucosa tissues-colorectal adenoma tissues-colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues,and the expression level shows a gradually increasing trend,and their abnormal expression may be involved in the Occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.2.The expression of STAT3 protein is related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage,while the expression of tim-3 and il-6 protein is related to the depth of tumor invasion,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage,It is suggested that TIM-3,STAT3 and IL-6 are related to malignant degree of cancer patients.3.The expression of IL-6 protein is positively correlated with the expression of STAT3 protein.
