China has been a big agricultural country since ancient times.According to the latest statistics in 2017,the rural population of our country is about 567.71 million people, accounting for 41.48% of the total population,so the rural population base of our country is very large.Because a large number of young and middle-aged people in rural areas go out to work,at the same time with the acceleration of the aging process of population structure in our country,it is more worthwhile for the elderly to live in rural areas. We should pay more attention to it.Because the rural areas in China have not yet fully established and improved social security and health care infrastructure,so the health of the rural elderly has become an important issue that hinders social and economic development, affects family happiness and inhibits the healthy life of the elderly in their later years. Therefore, the research and analysis of the health status of the rural elderly in China is particularly important, because this is the case.We can know the specific factors that affect the health status of the elderly in rural areas. This study is based on the data of the National Survey on the Influencing Factors of Elderly Health of Peking University in 2002,2005,2008,2011 and 2014.Firstly,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the health status of rural elderly in the dimension of time from the perspective of the same period group;secondly,it uses descriptive analysis to analyze the health status of rural elderly in the dimension of space. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the situation and explores the changing trend of the health status of the elderly in rural areas in different periods and spaces. Finally,it uses the logistic regression model to make an empirical analysis of the health status of the elderly in rural areas(this paper chooses loneliness,self-assessment health and daily living ability as three indicators to measure the health status of the elderly in rural areas),and explores the health status of the elderly in rural areas.Whether the four control variables of natural attributes,socio-economic status, lifestyle and family support will have an impact on the health status of the rural elderly, the innovation of this paper is to compare and analyze the health status of the rural elderly in the dimension of time by using the simultaneous group analysis. |
