With the rapid development of economy,modern information technology and communication technology have been further developed.Especially with the popularity of the Internet,people's way of life and communication have undergone great changes.It has become a very common phenomenon to use computers to process information.There are many shortcomings in the traditional medical model,which is easily restricted by various factors.The medical industry is also looking for new ways to solve the current problems.Telemedicine is a new discipline formed by integrating traditional medicine with modern computer technology and remote communication technology(i.e.Internet + medical).The greatest advantage of telemedicine is that it is no longer constrained by regional factors in the use process.It disseminates information through computer and network communication technology,and then carries out inquiry,diagnosis,health analysis and so on.Telemedicine can also distribute and use medical resources efficiently and reasonably,and enable some regions with relatively backward economic development to enjoy high-quality and high-level medical services.Telemedicine system mainly includes teleconsultation,telesurgery and online nursing activities.The corresponding system in this paper is composed of C/S mode and B/S mode.Mainly composed of SQL Server database server,web server and client.The main business of remote consultation system includes: inquiring expert information and expert scheduling,consultation appointment and management,system management and maintenance,consultation assistance,etc.The idea of program development is that patients browse the doctor's introduction through browser,check the doctor's schedule,and send out requests for consultation;when the backstage managers examine and approve the application,they pass the information platform and short time.Letters inform experts and patients about consultation arrangements,and enter the designated consultation room at a designated time for remote consultation activities;when consultation activities are carried out,doctors can communicate with patients by video and audio equipment,at the same time,they can access patient history records and patient uploaded medical records;after consultation,consultants need to fill in consultation records.The consultation assistant module can analyze the workload and other information of doctors according to the background data.The system can meet the needs of telemedicine in our hospital,and establish a new communication platform for patients and doctors,so that patients can timely understand their condition through teleconsultation and get the treatment plan of expert doctors,so that doctors in patients' localities can quickly and efficiently carry out diagnosis and treatment activities,and improve the work efficiency and quality level of medical staff.At present,our hospital has carried out more than 12,000 remote consultation services,which effectively solved the problem of "difficult and expensive to see a doctor" for local patients.With the development of computer technology and communication technology,telemedicine system will play an increasingly important role in medical and health services.
