With the improvement of living standards,people pay more attention to health.However,the difference of regional medical level makes people in some regions hard to receive high level medical service.It is a problem that needs to be balance the regional medical standard,there's very far-reaching significance.This paper is made on the basis of the VS2010 development,MFC class library,Sciter interface design engine.VTK development toolkit and Mongo DB database.It aims to discuss the Design and Implementation Telemedicine Consultation Information System Based on DICOM.Based on people's demand for have a high medical standards.First of all,an introduction of DICOM standard is given,then we have to deal with DICOM image by three steps.The first step is to use the image segmentation algorithm to deal with the patient's brain MR images,that's can improve the features of the lesion on the patient image to help doctor diagnose more easily.The second step,we use the VTK to convert DICOM image format to universal image transfer format,which aims to avoid the huge transmission of complete DICOM image data;and the last step,we encrypt the transmitted image to protect the patient's information.The system is consists of client and server,and Effective realize the communication between patient and doctor,the system has been tested in the laboratory environment,and the anticipated goal is already reached.
