Purpose: To study the effect and safety of acupuncture combined with the underwater exercise therapy designed by this experiment in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and to explore the mechanism of the method, and provide a new idea and active treatment for the treatment of this disease. Methods: Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group(acupuncture combined with hydrotherapy)and control group(traditional acupuncture)according to random sampling method,30 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with acupuncture and water movement, and the control group was treated with acupuncture alone. The two groups of patients took the same acupuncture points for acupuncture, namely:Ashi points,Shenshu,Dachangshu,Huanqiu,Rankian,Venezuela,Yanglingquan,Kunlun,Chengshan, and those with cold and wet weights. The damp heat is too rushed, the bloody person is equipped with a ditch, and the kidney is equipped with a life gate and a Sanyinjiao. You can also take the Jiaji points. After taking the needle for 30 minutes, take it out, apply a gas extraction canister at the waist, take the canister after 3 minutes, acupuncture once every other day,3 times/week,and treat it continuously for 4 weeks for 12 times. The observation group was the same as the control group, and the traditional acupuncture treatment was carried out first. After the completion of the next day,the water exercise therapy, that is,the underwater exercise rehabilitation action, was performed 3 times/week for 12 consecutive times for 4 weeks. The patient was evaluated for efficacy after the end of a course of treatment.According to the judgment standard of the therapeutic effect of lumbardisc herniation and the visual analog scale VAS,the effects of pre-and post-treatment were evaluated by nimodipine method, and the experimental data were statistically processed by spss22.0 statistical analysis software. Results: 1 Completion: During the experiment,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were included, and 60 patients completed the experiment. After 4 weeks of treatment, the observation group was cured in 5 cases, markedly effective in 14 cases, effective in 9 cases, and ineffective in 2 cases. The total effective rate was93.3%;the control group was cured in 2 cases, markedly effective in 17 cases, effective in 7 cases, and ineffective in 4 cases. The total efficiency is 86.7%.The clinical observation and statistical analysis of the two groups of patients showed that the JOA and VAS scores before and after treatment were compared,p<0.05,indicating that both treatments were effective;2.Comparison of Vas scores: The VAS scores of the two groups before treatment and after 1,2,3,and 4 weeks of treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).It is indicated that the two treatment methods can improve the VAS score of patients with lumbar disc herniation.3.Comparison within the JOA score group: The JOA scores of the two groups before treatment and after 1,2,3,and 4 weeks of treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).This indicates that both therapies have an improved effect on the JOA score in patients with lumbar disc herniation.4.Comparison of efficacy index between the two groups: Observed, the clinical improvement rate of the observation group after treatment was 71.37% ± 5.74%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(58.29%±5.51% and p<0.05),suggesting that the observation group is acupuncture The effect of hydrotherapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is superior to traditional acupuncture. In terms of safety, during the experiment and before and after the experiment, the two groups of patients were in the normal range of body temperature, respiration, blood pressure and other observation indicators, and there was no adverse reaction such as allergies, vomiting, itching and trauma during the treatment. Conclusion: In the experiment, the effect of acupuncture combined with water exercise therapy on lumbar disc herniation was observed, and compared with conventional traditional acupuncture therapy. The experimental results showed that acupuncture combined with water exercise therapy for lumbar disc herniation relieves muscle and joint pain. The effect of eliminating muscle joint swelling is better than that of conventional traditional acupuncture control group;traditional acupuncture and acupuncture combined with water exercise therapy are effective for the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation, which can improve the patient's pain symptoms and improve the quality of life.In contrast, acupuncture combined with water sports therapy has a better effect, and has a better effect on the patient's muscle strength and joint mobility improvement.Acupuncture combined with hydrotherapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a definite curative effect and is a safe and non-toxic side effect treatment.
