With the improvement of people's living standard,people pay more and more attention to their own health problems,so the demand for medical treatment is growing.Simple public hospitals have been unable to meet the needs of patients,leading to the emergence of many private hospitals and their growing share in the market.For an enterprise,financial management is very important.Once there is a problem in financial management,it will be a devastating blow to the enterprise,which is also applicable to private hospitals.In the process of hospital financial management,there are often various financial risks,many of which are fatal.It is necessary to take various measures to prevent and control them,especially for private hospitals without government financial support.Hospital financial management covers a wide range of areas,including: cost accounting,receivable management,budget management,cost operation and so on.In order to promote the rapid development of hospitals,it is necessary to improve hospital financial management as soon as possible.First of all,it is necessary to provide reasonable decision-making for hospital financial management;at the same time,it is required that the relevant data of financial department must be true and accurate,and the financial analysis should be more thorough.According to the results of financial analysis,we can see that there are serious problems in hospital financial management.In view of this situation,we should formulate strategies in time to avoid hospital financial problems.On this basis,hospitals should rationally arrange the use of funds and effectively maintain the operation of funds in order to make the hospital develop for a long time.This paper mainly takes WH private hospital as the research object,and analyses the financial management of WH private hospital according to the current situation.In view of the current situation of financial management in WH private hospitals,this paper puts forward some suggestions and strategies for WH private hospitals based on the model of financial management in private hospitals for many years.According to the current situation of financial management in WH private hospitals,this paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.The first part of this paper is the research background and significance.This paper analyses the financial management and financial risk of private hospitals,summarizes the relevant data,briefly expounds the research methods involved in the study and the research contents of the full text,and points out the innovative points of this study.The second part is the theoretical basis.Firstly,the meaning and goal of financial management and the meaning,goal and content of hospital financial management are analyzed and elaborated.Then,the necessity of hospital financial management,especially private hospital financial management,is elaborated.Then,the characteristics of hospital financial management,such as comprehensiveness and complexity,are analyzed.Then,the basic theories related to hospital financial management are elaborated separately,mainly including: It includes principal-agent theory,public goods theory,risk management theory and internal control theory.Finally,the manifestations and causes of hospital financial risk are analyzed.Its manifestations include environment.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of financial management in WH hospital.This paper mainly expounds the basic situation of financial management in WH hospital.Firstly,a brief introduction is given to WH Hospital,followed by an elaboration of the objectives and principles of financial management in WH Hospital.The objectives of financial management in WH Hospital are mainly to achieve the financial objectives of the hospital,establish and improve the financial system and perfect the corresponding financial supervision mechanism.In the process of financial management,the principles of legality,status quo and clear responsibilities should be followed.Principles,then the WH hospital financial management related to fund-raising management,investment management,asset management,cost management,asset income management and financial staffing were analyzed,and then the financial ability of WH hospital was analyzed,mainly from the aspects of debt-paying ability,operating ability,profitability and development ability,and finally for the medical reform of WH medicine.The impact of the financial management of the hospital is analyzed.The fourth part is problem analysis.This paper mainly analyses the problems existing in the financial management process of WH hospital and the reasons behind them,and finds that the main constraints,and establishing target cost control.Core consumption reduction mechanism;strengthen the quality of financial personnel,improve financial supervision.Finally,according to the analysis of the reasons for the above problems,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the optimization measures,including actively adapting to the policy provisions to ensure the development of the hospital;improving the internal control system,strengthening the internal management of the hospital;strengthening the training of financial personnel,balancing the training of hospital personnel;improving the financial management strategy,strengthening asset management;improving the financial software,and improving the financial information system.Integrated
