Comparative Study On The Operation Mode Of Regional Independent Clinical Laboratories

Independent clinical laboratory is the medical service organization with kind of independent legal personality by means of marketing operations specializing in the medical detection and service.The core is economies of scale by reducing unit cost,gain cost,quality and technological advantages,reduce medical costs,improve the core efficiency and level of medical examination.Promoting construction of independ ent medical laboratory is an important measure to improve national medical service system to improve the service ability of small and medium-sized medical institutions and to optimize and share the limited medical resources in the region.In developed countries such as Europe and America,the third party independent clinical laboratory has been a mature medical industry.In China,the third party independent medical laboratory is still a new industry,which has developed rapidly in recent years.This research analyzed background of the regional independent clinical laboratory occurrence,the present situation in domestic and foreign countries and the existing operation mode of regional independent clinical laboratory,combining the theory of model research and in-depth analysis of typical and representative cases,showing different operation mode and advantages and disadvantages.According to different market conditions,different operation mode was recommended.The results show that in different economic conditions,medical resources,geographical location and the residents' consumption concept,different configuration and operation modes includes public regional testing center,private regional testing center,private management of public testing center were proposed,based on the mobilization of stock resources,participation of social capital was encourage into the regional independent clinical laboratory and with the allocation of resources using market mechanism,to achieve fine management.The conclusions of this study can provide guidance for the development of regional government to allocation of medical resources,it also has very important significance of the social capital into the regional independent clinical laboratory.
