Business Model Design Of Independent Medical Laboratory

With the flourish explosion of technique and economy， China’s population isaging at unprecedented levels. Medical care and disease prevention is exactlybecoming a difficult problem to the society. However， the emerging of independentmedical laboratory could relive this issue on some extent. Independent medicallaboratory is considered as a new industry in China， which could provide medicalexamination service in a professional and intensive business way， and also acomplement for those medical institutions whose resources are very lack. It hasbenefits for forming big scales and decreasing unit cost when the samples are detectedtogether， as a result， both could reach a win-win deal.The research of this thesis studies the documents in this area，summarizes thedevelopment and problems of independent medical laboratory in China，On thebasis of business model analysis of Dean independent medical laboratory，raises theoperating model of independent medical laboratory integrating with local community，designs the operating process and service model. Based on the theoretical study andcase research, aiming at the realities of the community model, this research presentsthe development route, marketing mode and extension suggestions. Ultimately, thisresearch is aiming to relieving and solving the difficulty of getting medical service inthe aging society, and improving the quality of medical services.
