Research On The Development Of Status And Countermeasures Of H Medical Union In Dalian

China is advancing toward a higher level of well-off society,and the government has put forward the goal of achieving health services for all.This requires that China's medical and health services must be constantly broken through and deepened in the process of reform and development to fully meet the health needs of the people.In the new round of medical reform in China,it is clear that the hierarchical medical system is the first of the basic medical system with Chinese characteristics.To seek a breakthrough in the reform of the medical system,the construction and innovation of the medical consortium will help to realize the rational allocation of medical resources,guide high-quality medical resources to sink the grass-roots level and improve the ability of medical and health services.It is of great significance to push forward the establishment of a rational and orderly pattern of graded diagnosis and treatment and to promote the sustained,healthy and harmonious development of medical and health undertakings.Taking Dalian H-medical alliance as an object of study,this paper sums up the information-based diagnosis and treatment platform of Dalian H-medical Alliance under the leadership of the core level hospitals,and actively promotes the development of H-medical in Dalian area since its establishment by using the methods of literature analysis,interview,quantitative statistics and comparative study.The medical treatment mode of different levels within the alliance has realized the sinking of high-quality medical resources and promoted the level of diagnosis and treatment of primary medical institutions in the alliance system to a certain extent.At the same time,this study focuses on the government,hospitals and the public in the medical reform of the three main elements of the policy-oriented,responsibility and medical concept of scientific analysis,in view of the alliance development process encountered in the policy,system and system problems,combined with the relevant theory of public management knowledge put forward to the Strategy to ensure the sustainable development of medical alliance.This study has a certain regional,through the analysis and study of the problems in the development process of the H Medical Alliance in Dalian,find out the countermeasures,in order to provide constructive suggestions for the rational construction of the medical alliance in Dalian,and realize the scientific,healthy and sustainable development of the medical and health services in this region.
