The Study Of The Current Situation Of Grading Clinics By Using Medical Alliance Model

Medical alliance is a new model of medical resources integration in terms of grading clinics.At present,Due to the development of medical alliance is not mature enough,the overall operation of the process will inevitably encounter many problems,which must affect the realization of grading clinics.The purpose of this study is to discuss the current situation and the problems encountered in the development of Nanjing medical alliance,taking Nanjing X medical alliance as the research object,on the basis of domestic and foreign theoretical research,and using literature research,data envelopment analysis,questionnaires,statistical analysis to analyze operating efficiency of medical institutions of Nanjing X medical alliance before and after the foundation,and to study the important content of grading clinics about Nanjing X medical alliance,which is realization of two-way referral and first treatment in the community,at last to put forward solutions.The results showed that after establishing Nanjing X medical alliance,operating efficiency of most community's facilitating agencies is improved,but the recognition and satisfaction and the evaluation of two-way referral and first treatment in the community of medical staff and communities are a bit low,according to the survey,the development of medical alliance has also exposed a series of problems.More concretely,the main problem in medical alliance as follows:the low-level of health service of community;the low recognition of communities;two-way referral is difficult especially down referral;because relevant systems are not perfect,macropolicy must be made to guide.The conclusion is government and medical institutions and the community need to work together to solve the problems,promote the formulation of basic health law and supply-side reform,establish the internal management standard of medical alliance,enhance the two-way referral mechanism,develop "Internet plus" health service and introduct social capital in good time.
