As the pace of life continues to increase, more and more people are in the sub-healthy state.Study of sub-healthy state is the focus of medical science in the 21 th century.Insomnia is the most common symptoms of sub-healthy state. And it has seriously affected people's quality of life. The treatment of sub-healthy state with insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine has obvious characteristics and advantages.Acupoint is the breakthrough point between body surface stimulation and internal nervous system regulation.Magnetic stimulation technique is expected to become a new acupoint therapy because of many incomparable advantages. The rapid development of human connectome and complex network theory provides e new way to the comprehensive research of sub-healthy state with insomnia and magnetic stimulation efficacy on acupuncture point. In this paper, transcranial magnetic stimulation system was used to conduct repetitive pulsed magnetic stimulation to acupuncture points which have typical clinical effect on insomnia. And electroencephalography(EEG)data were recorded and analyzed using a 128-channel EEG analysis system.64-channel EEG signals were recorded before and after stimulation.Based on the analysis of EEG synchronism, the construction and analysis of brain functional networks,we researched the specific differences between subjects in sub-healthy state with insomnia and healthy subjects, and we investigated the effect of magnetic stimulation at acupoints for sub-healthy state with insomnia. The main contents were as follows:(1)The EEG acquisition experiments of magnetic stimulation on acupoint for sub-healthy state with insomnia were designed and carried out.The sleep quality was assessed by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale and subjective evaluation criteria of sub-healthy state with insomnia and the results were statistically analyzed. The results showed that sub-health insomnia subjects were significantly different from healthy subjects in subjective evaluation of sleep quality, and there was significant difference between sub-health insomnia subjects before and after magnetic stimulation.(2)Study on the difference of electroencephalogram between the sub-health insomnia subjects and healthy subjects in the resting state. The results showed that compared with the healthy subjects, the sub-health insomnia subjects had lower synchrony of brain electrical signals, the connectivity of the brain functional network was weaker, the activity of the brain was lower and the "small world" property of the brain functional network was relatively weak, information transfer between brain regions was less efficient.(3)Effect of magnetic stimulation at acupoints for brain functional network of sub-health insomnia subjects. The results showed that the EEG synchronism of sub-health insomnia subjects was increased after magnetic stimulation, the connectivity of brain functional network was increased, the "small world" property of brain functional network was enhanced, and information transfer between brain regions was more efficient.
