Insomnia,as a typical symptom of sub-health,has seriously affected people’s normal work and life.Acupuncture has a significant effect on the treatment of sub-healthy insomnia.Magnetic stimulation technology is expected to be a new kind of acupuncture point therapy because of its many advantages.Complex network theory,based on topological structure,is an effective method to study complex system,which provides a new way to explore the influence of magnetic stimulation is applied to the acupoints of sub-healthy insomniacs.In this paper,the innovation point was to combine magnetic stimulation technology with acupuncture point theory.Based on cross-correlation method and mutual information method,the multi-channel EEG analysis of sub-healthy insomniacs was constructed,and the brain network and the network parameters of t he overall average and individual were constructed.The main tasks included:(1)The EEG acquisition experiments of magnetic stimulation on acupoint for sub-healthy state with insomnia were designed and carried out.A series of pretreatments,such as remove eye electricity and filter,were conducted on the EEG of the resting state of healthy subjects and sub-healthy insomniacs before and after the magnetic stimulation.(2)Using cross-correlation linear analysis method,research on the brain network of the sub-healthy insomniacs before and after the magnetic stimulation.Findings: the overall average level analysis,compared with healthy subjects,sub-healthy insomniacs had less brain network connection and weaken connection intensity.The information transmission rate of the brain network was reduced,and the small world property was weakened;After the magnetic stimulation acupoint,the brain network connections both in quantity and intensity increased,and the communication of brain interval information was more fluid and the information transmission was more efficient.The study on individual sub-health was carried out,and although there were some differences between individuals,the variation trend of each subject was consistent with the overall level.In other words,after the magnetic stimulation acupoint,the small world property enhanced and the communication of brain network information was improved.(3)Using mutual information nonlinear analysis method,research on the brain network of the sub-healthy insomniacs before and after the magnetic stimulation.Research findings: the overall average level of study,compared with healthy subjects,the number of brain network connections and intensity of network connection of the sub-healthy insomniacs were significantly reduced.Information transfer rate between brain regions decreased;After the magnetic stimulation acupoint,the number of brain network connections and intensity of sub-healthy insomniacs increased,and the small world property increased,and the communication and transmission of brain interval information was significantly improved.Through the study of individuals,we found that the individual difference existed,but the change trend was consistent with the overall level,After magnetic stimulation,brain network information transmission was more efficient. |
