Medicine processing is an essential procedure of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine, and it is also the preliminary process when medicinal materials were used.Normally, processing method is based on traditional Chinese medical science or the needs medical preparation, treatment and dispensing. It can reach the purpose of cleaning and drying medicinal materials, changing drug properties, improving drug effect, and reducing toxic and side effects. There are certain chemical composition differences between each section of Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum(CCP)with different processing methods. The effects of processing on the chemical compounds in different sections of CCP were exposed in this paper: comparative analysis of chemical composition between boiling CCP and freeze-drying CCP processing;CCP without and with blood;CCP slice and CCP powder. This study provided scientific theoretical basis for the optimization of processing technology and comprehensive utilization of CCP.The following paragraph shows the results of comparative chemical compounds analysis of different processing methods. The water-soluble polycassharides content differences between CCP with boiling process and CCP with freeze-drying technology were: 1.74 and 2.77 g/kg in wax slice,1.67 and 3.07 g/kg in powder slice,1.03 and 1.22 g/kg in gauze slice. The crude protein proportions in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of CCP with boiling process were 80.90%,56.49%,55.50%,and those of CCP with freeze-drying technology were 74.76%,63.95%,60.92% respectively. The amino acids contents in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of CCP with boiling process were 62.11,46.30,38.27 g/100 g and those of CCP with freeze-drying technology were 58.09,47.23,47.37 g/100 g respectively. The fatty acids contents in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of CCP with boiling process were 9.06,6.20,4.23 g/kg and those of CCP with freeze-drying technology were 9.46,7.54,6.23 g/kg respectively. The total mineral elements in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of CCP with boiling process were 78.74,278.92,348.37 g/kg and those of CCP with freeze-drying technology were 70.39,232.78,313.11 g/kg respectively. The total biological amines in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of CCP with boiling process were 312.33,176.88,105.31 mg/kg and those of CCP with freeze-drying technology were 291.77,152.85,114.49 mg/kg.The total nucleosides and nucleobases in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of CCP with boiling process were 4.60,2.95,2.74 g/kg and those of CCP with freeze-drying technology were 5.06,4.24,2.31 g/kg.As a whole, mineral elements in CCP with boiling process were more than those in CCP with freeze-drying technology, while water-soluble polysaccharides, crude protein, amino acids, fatty acids and biogenic amines, nucleosides and nucleobases in CCP with boiling process were less than those in CCP with freeze-drying technology. The results of comparative analysis of chemical composition between blood-drained and blood-filled CCP were as follows. The contents of water-soluble polysaccharides in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of blood-drained CCP are 1.55,1.78,0.96 g/kg and those of blood-filled CCP were 1.55,1.78,0.96 g/kg.The crude protein contents in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of blood-drained CCP were 82.94%,56.60%,59.87% and those of blood-filled CCP were 81.86%,70.42%,57.99%.The amino acids contents in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of blood-drained CCP were 65.69,40.95,39.78 g/100 g and those of blood-filled CCP were 63.13,41.99,39.11 g/100 g.The fatty acids contents in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of blood-drained CCP were 16.00,10.32,5.51 g/kg and those of blood-filled CCP were 14.81,6.04,4.88 g/kg.The total mineral elements in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of blood-drained CCP were 59.81,268.40,333.76 g/kg and those of blood-filled CCP were 56.45,239.58,323.10 g/kg.The total biological amines in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of blood-drained CCP are 357.07,226.26,125.18 mg/kg and those of blood-filled CCP are 343.42,216.72,125.15 mg/kg.The total nucleosides and nucleobases in wax slice, powder slice and gauze slice of blood-drained CCP are 4.47,3.95,2.68 g/kg and those of CCP with blood are 4.14,3.44,2.51 g/kg.In general, crude protein in blood-filled CCP were more than those in blood-drained CCP,while water-soluble polysaccharides, fatty acids, mineral elements and biogenic amines, nucleosides and nucleobases in blood-filled CCP were less than those in blood-drained CCP.There was no significant difference in the content of amino acids between blood-filled CCP and blood-drained CCP.The following paragraph describes results of comparative analysis of chemical composition between CCP slice and CCP powder which were processed according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in 2015.The CCP slice samples were prepared by dry CCP which treated with 40%,50%,60% ethanol respectively. While chopping the other one of dry CCP in pairs into pieces and grinding it into fine powder, the thesis got CCP powder samples. The results made it clear that compared with CCP powder in the same group, the contents of crude protein, amino acids, biogenic amines, nucleosides and nucleobases in CCP slice processed with 40% ethanol decreased by 5.01%,4.35%,5.90%,27.62% respectively. The contents of polysaccharides, nucleosides and nucleobases in CCP slice processed with 50% ethanol decreased 24.53%,21.07% respectively. The contents of crude protein, nucleosides and nucleobases in CCP slice processed with 60% ethanol reduced 1.65%,20.52% respectively. In the light of principal component score, the CCP slice processed with 50% ethanol got the least lose.
