Objective:Combined with optical coherence tomography(OCT),the diagnostic value of multispectral imaging(MSI)and color fundus camera in pregnancy-induced hypertensive retinal pathological changes. Methods:Seventy patients(140 eyes)with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy were induced in this study. The mean age was 28.5 years. All subjects underwent MSI,color fundus camera and OCT.Diagnostic value of retinal pathological changes(including hard exudate, retinal hemorrhage, optic disc edema and retinal detachment)were calculate and compared.Results:140 eyes of the70 patients included in this study, all patients had the same number of retinal artery spasm and retinal arteriosclerosis in the eyes compared with the color fundus camera.MSI have The positive numbers of hard exudates(?2=26.58,P<0.05)using MSI were significantly higher than color fundus camera.Although there is no statistical significance(?2=1.1,P>0.05)for retinal hemorrhage, the quality of MSI imaging is clearer and more accurate. For the optic disc edema and retinal detachment, the ROC curve shows the area under the curve of MSI(AUC=0.660,1.000;95%CI: 0.524~0.796,1.000~1.000),has a higher diagnostic value than color fundus camera. Conclusion : Multispectral imaging has positive value in all stages of pregnancy-induced hypertensive retinal pathological changes, especially in hard exudates, optic disc edema and retinal detachment.
