Objective: The main aims of this study were to explore the differences in visual acuity,retinal choroid thickness and retinal choroid blood oxygen in the 20 ° macular area of C1 and C0 fundus by using microfield,optical coherence tomography(OCT)and multispectral techniques.In the meantime,observe the correlation between each measurement.Methods: In this study,55 young high myopic volunteers,106 eyes(SE?-6.00D),who came to the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University for eye examin ation from February 2019 to April 2019 were selected.The age of this populat ion is 25-30 years old.The average SE was-8.00 D.Each included eye was examined for equivalent spherical(SE),intraocular pressure,axial length(AL),fundus photography,microperimeter,OCT and multispectral examination.According to the results of fundus photography,the fundus are divided into two types: C0 and C1.The visual acuity and choroid thickness measured by the microperimeter and OCT were recorded in sections.Image J software was used to deal with the blood oxygen map which produced by the contrast1 and contrast2 pictures of multispectral,and then we can conclude quantitative blood oxygen results in the20? range of the macular region.In the meantime,other measurements are recor-ded.Results: A total of 55 people,106 eyes(SE?-6.00D)were included in this study,and the corrected visual acuity was 1.0.The fundus was 39 eyes(36.79%)in stage C0 and 67 eyes(63.21%)in stage C1.There were 10 males and 29 females in C0 stage,25 males and 42 females in C1 stage.Comparing the indicators of C0 and C1,SE,AL and the retinal blood oxygen in macular area within 20? of C1 were increased(P<0.05).Total visual acuity and the average value of total choroid thickness inmacular area within 20? were decreased(P<0.05).The average values of choroid blood oxygenation and total retinal thickness did not change significantly in this region(P=0.2386,P=0.7856).Comparing the visual acuity divisions of C0 and C1,the visual acuity in A3 area(the lower side of the inner ring)did not change much(P=0.0514),and the visual acuity of C1 in the remaining areas decreased compared with C0(P<0.05).The visual acuity in the A5+A9(temporal)region decreased most significantly in the four directions of the upper,lower,nasal and temporal(P<0.0001),and the visual acuity of the outer ring was more significant change than that of the inner ring(P<0.0001,P = 0.0008).Comparing the retinal thickness of C0 and C1 subdivisions,the retinal thickness in A1 area(macular foveal area)changed(P<0.05),and the retinal thickness of C1 area was larger than that of C0 area.Comparing the choroid thickness of C0 and C1 areas,the choroid thickness of C1 in all regions was reduced compared with C0(P<0.05).Correlation analysis of the measurement indicators after correction of confounding factors found that SE was positively correlated with AL and choroidal blood oxygen(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with total visual acuity and total choroidal thickness.There was a strong negative correlation between AL and total choroid thickness(P<0.0001).The total visual acuity,the average thickness of the total retinal thickness,the choroidal blood oxygen were positively correlated with the average value of the total choroidal thickness within a range of 20? in the macular region(P<0.05).Correlation analysis was performed by region on visual acuity,retinal thickness,and choroidal thickness.The visual acuity in all areas except A1(macular fovea)and A4(inner ring nose)were positively correlated with choroid thickness(P<0.05).Visual acuity was negative correlated with retinal thickness in areas A4,A6 and A9(inner ring nasal side,above the outer ring,outer ring temporal side)and A2 +A6,A4 + A8,A5 + A9 areas(upper,nasal side,temporal side)(P<0.05).Conclusion: The functional structure and blood oxygen of high myopia of C1 and C0 are different: 1.C1 has larger SE,longer AL and higher retinal blood oxygen,and also has thinner choroid and relatively Low visual acuity.2.The choroid thickness in each area of the two types of fundus has the largest difference,and the thickness of the retina is basically unchanged except for the A1 area(macular fovea).Correlation analysis showed that:1.SE was positively correlated with AL and choroidal blood oxygen,and negatively correlated with total visual acuity and total choroidal thickness.2.The average value of total choroid thickness is positively correlated with visual acuity,total thickness of retinal thickness and choroidal blood oxygen,and has asignificant negative correlation with AL.3.Choroid thickness and visual acuity within the 20? range of the fundus(except A1,A4 areas)also have a good correlation.
