Design And Implementation Of Full Process System For Outpatient Service

With the development of society,people's living standard is improving day by day,people pay more and more attention to health.At the same time,our country is entering the stage of aging.People's demand for medical treatment is increasing,and the level of medical service is also higher.People hope that medical care can be more convenient.The popularity of smart phones and the wide application of mobile Internet make it possible to realize the medical + Internet system with mobile phones as the carrier of terminal services in modern society.Through several years of development,China has realized the application of part of the Internet in outpatient service,but there are some problems,such as insufficient user development,most of the users stay in the pre-doctor link;insufficient functional development,the outpatient service of most hospitals in China is in the function of allowing users to complete the appointment registration on smart phones;The process of outpatient service is not humanized enough,and it is in the passive use of users;moreover,the systems of hospitals are basically built before the emergence of the mobile internet,and the security,load volume and robustness of the system are not enough under the current operating environment of the internet.In view of the problems existing in the current domestic outpatient service system,according to the characteristics of all links in the outpatient service process,this paper applies the mobile Internet technology combined with smart phones and Internet to all links of outpatient service,studies and designs the outpatient service process system,and may encounter problems and difficulties in its implementation.Finally,a set of humanized outpatient service process system involving the three stages of pre-treatment,mid-treatment and post-treatment is designed.The whole process system of outpatient service designed in this paper is implemented according to the standard of Internet software.The implementation process adopts the agile development method and adopts free,open source and non-copyright disputes technology,such as CentOS,Spring MVC,Spring Cloud,MySQL and Elastic Search.The system function uses modular design and provides load equally.The ability of weighing,thermal expansion and thermal update,the system encrypts the transmission,strictly checks the entry and exit parameters,and guarantees the data security and the robustness of the system.According to the design scheme and adopted technology,according to requirement analysis,technology selection,software design,software implementation and software testing research and development process,this paper describes in detail the key technologies of the system,such as network interface,storage and search data,binding identity,warmth and care for users,and describes the overall design of the system.It also introduces the implementation of some functional modules in detail,and provides test reports,results screenshots and application cases.In the future,with the development of technology and tools and the in-depth application of internet medical software,the whole process system of outpatient service will become better and better,which will improve the efficiency of patients 'medical treatment and the level of hospital service.
