Process Reengineering Of Hospital Outpatient Services

With the deepening of the medical reform and the wide application of all kinds of new management ideas, the traditional health care model is changing. How to improve the efficiency and quality of outpatient service, change the pattern of outpatient service,so as to improve patient satisfaction and hospital management performance has become the subject of many experts’ and scholars’. Through interviews with patients and hospital workers and hospital database analysis, found there are crowd, too many processes, medical treatment time is short and too many patients in the current A hospital. Contributed to the cause of these problems are the disorder patient flow,fatigue medical flow, poor medical flow and security flow and inefficient flow management. Reengineering outpatient service system was discussed in this paper to adjust outpatient service structure, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of outpatient services, improve patient satisfaction and hospital management performance,and finally to achieve fairness and justice in the health service field. At the same time,outpatient service pattern and content in the new era of mobile Internet was discussed through continuous improvement.
