Outpatient Service Process Optimization Research Based On The Mobile Internet Environment

Outpatient service is the face of hospital diagnosis and treatment services,not only the first hurdle for the hospital to the community,but also the first medical service for patients.How to make the patients flow of the effective in the hospital and improve the efficiency of clinic are the current problem to be solvedThis paper selects the E hospital as the research carrier,based on process analysis method of industry engineering(IE),combining the principle of ECRS and the "5W1H" question technical analysis the various steps of the process for E hospital outpatient service item by item.In the process of analysis on the original E hospital clinic,nine steps in the process to cancel,six steps to merge,four steps rearrangement,11 steps to simplify.On that basis,using the Fishbone Diagram determine the outpatient service process optimization countermeasures,combining with the Mobile Internet technology,from E hospital outpatient registration process ? payment process?waiting and checking process?diagnosis process and outpatient service layout and so on five big aspects specific optimization put forward specific optimization scheme.Finally from the aspects of theory and practice,through the program analysis diagram analysis and patient satisfaction analysis,To evaluate the effect of optimization method,Theoretically,the optimized service process can effectively shorten the time to the patient,improve the efficiency of hospital services.From the actual expected satisfaction analysis found that registration,payment,waiting,examination,take the medicine every link of the optimized expected satisfaction compared with original process satisfaction are ascending.But the variance analysis showed that clinic register process overall satisfaction,the satisfaction of registration and waiting are significant differences;The pay,inspection,take medicine are all no significant difference.
