Study On The Health Care Problems Based On The Industry Safety

In the industrial safety system in China,enterprise safety and health care of workers has an important role in promoting the implementation of the basic interests of employees,to better provide a guarantee for enterprise content,especially in the employees after retirement,to bring more convenience.We use the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,interview method and data statistics method,carries out the research on enterprise safety and health care conditions.In industrial safety,the occupation safety and health system under the current status of enterprise health care insurance at domestic and abroad were analyzed;starting from the basic theory and concept of health care,discusses the enterprise health care insurance theory.Combined with the status quo of specific research,analyzed the problems and specific measures for health care of enterprises.The main conclusions of this thesis through the concrete enterprise industry safety design and the workers' health and safety scheme planning,enterprise health care.The realization of the target,the establishment of specific steps,provides an important reference.
