With "healthy China" strategic concept put forward,the medical security system and medical assistance system is increasingly perfect.However,larger demand for medical treatment still has difficulty groups,especially when the shift illness,high medical costs but also add to the already poor family.In recent years,a growing number of charitable organizations and agencies began to pay attention to health,and participate in the medical relief work.Countries intensively for a series of policies and regulations to standardize the development of philanthropy medical treatment,so as to make the philanthropy medical aid to realize the laws in the true sense.But philanthropy organization and institution itself has some shortcomings,to a certain extent,block the development of charity medical assistance,the existing philanthropy medical treatment can't meet the needs of disadvantaged groups.In order to further study on philanthropy and medical treatment,the mechanism of cohesion between based on cooperative governance perspective,this paper established the joint devices of the theoretical framework,and then to Tianjin typical philanthropy medical treatment project as an example for empirical study.In this paper,through literature research,interview method and case method,combining the theory of health equity theory,social assistance,cooperative governance theory and the related research both at home and abroad and the latest research results,in-depth philanthropy medical situation in our country,from financing,application screening,execution relief and four mechanisms such as information sharing,build a philanthropy mechanism linking to the medical treatment of the framework.At the same time selection of Tianjin.
