Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of NGO Organizations To Carry Out Children's Medical Assistance From The Perspective Of Cooperative Governance Theory

Children suffer from major diseases have their own particularities,which brings enormous economic pressure and serious mental burden for the whole family,in terms of costly treatment of the disease and long-term care of parents.In response,China has promulgated relevant policies and gradually expanded the types and quantities of diseases radiated by policies and reduced the financial burden on families with sick children.As a supplement to government policy,many NGO in China started to get involved in child medical assistance.To this,this paper takes the children rescue project of Aiyou in E hospital in Zhejiang province as the case,through the questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the actual situation of the project.The research shows that the project is faced with the problems of organizational development,lack of social influence,imperfect project coordination mechanism,serious lack of collaborative subject and lack of external supervision mechanism.In view of the above problems,this paper argues that the love foundation should first address its role in the project rescue,and clarify the collaborative relationship between the multiple subjects in children's medical assistance.On the basis of this,from the resources sharing,personnel exchange and information sharing three aspects of the establishment of collaborative governance mechanism,strengthen the legal construction and strict internal environment,active external environment construction.
