Objectives1.To investigate the level of posttraumatic growth and other relevant evaluation indexes of patients with acute coronary syndrome after emergency PCI.2.Therapeutic communication system?TCS?was applied to carry out intervention for the main target of posttraumatic growth, and to evaluate the intervention effect during the hospitalization and the longitudinal change trend of the intervention effect after discharge in this study.Methods1.The initial intervention plan was determined by referring to relevant literatures and expert review.Twenty patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for the preliminary experiment, and statement of questionnaire collection were adjusted to modify the details of the intervention plan.2.One hundred patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected by convenience sampling.Patients in the first and second wards were divided into the intervention group?IG,n1=50?,the third and fourth wards as the control group?CG,n2=50?.Baseline data were collected when patients were in stable condition, including general information questionnaire,Posttraumatic Growth Inventory?PTGI?,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale?HADS?,Coronary Heart Disease Disease Attitude Questionnaire and Seattle Angina Questionnaire?SAQ?,and then IG was implemented of general cardiology nursing and TCS,the CG,regular communication with the general cardiology nursing. Both groups were collected all of the above information in 1,3,6 months after discharge by telephone follow-up,and at 6 months to collect major advance cardiac events?MACE?.3.Frequency and percentage were used for statistical description of counting data, and mean standard deviation for measurement data.Independent sample t test, nonparametric test of two independent samples and?2 test were used for statistical inference.Anova was used to analyze the repeated measurement data of two groups.Further pairwise comparison and other statistical analysis were performed on the data with significant differences measured at different time points.Results1.There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups?P>0.05?.After repeated measurement anova of the main outcome indicators showed that the total score of the scale and the scores of each dimension of the PTGI were different between the two groups at time?P<0.01?,between-group?P<0.01?and interaction?P<0.01?.2.There were differences and varirous trends in anxiety and depression scores of the two groups,as well as the disease positive and negative attitude scores, the SAQ score. There was no difference in MACE incidence between the two groups?P>0.05?.Conclusions1.Patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing emergency PCI will have different degrees of posttraumatic growth and other indexes during their hospitalization,1,3,and 6 months after discharge.2.Clinical medical staff should pay attention to the sources of stress and psychological state of patients during hospitalization after emergency PCI,and adopt simple and effective personalized communication mode to provide a treatment environment conducive to rehabilitation and promote the growth level of patients after trauma.3.TCS can help patients after emergency PCI to improve PTG level, and to some extent improve patients'negative emotions, negative attitude and cognition, effectively consolidate the effect of surgery and drug treatment.
