The Ethical Research On Non-related Living Kidney Paired Donation

The progress of science and technology has advanced the development of medical science.As a mature one of many medical science and technology,organ transplantation possesses important status and value.Among them,the non-related living kidney has attracted much attention due to the high success rate of transplantation,the low risk of donor kidney to donor,the mature technology of living kidney transplantation,the good histocompatibility of living kidney transplantation in immunology,and the obvious superiority of long-term effect after transplantation over cadaver kidney transplantation.But at the same time,the paired donation of unrelative living kidney has aroused the controversy of ethics and law.At present,most countries adopt laws and regulations to limit the relationship between the donor and the recipient,the development of kidney transplant organ medical quality standards,the establishment of kidney source database and other methods for the non-relatives of living kidney cross donation regulation and management.However,the laws of our country have excluded the living kidney cross donation between non-relatives,which may cause damage to the rights and interests of patients as well as the loss of patients' families.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze living organ donation in combination with the ethical thoughts at home and abroad,and make an ethical analysis of the current controversial focus on the non-related living kidney cross donation,so as to confirm its rationality.While pointing out the practical problems in practice,the corresponding solutions are put forward.This paper consists of five parts,the main content is as follows:The first part summarizes the paired donation of non-related living kidney;The second part points out the confusion of non-related living kidney paired donation;The third part presents the ethical defense of the paired donation of non-related living kidney;The fourth part is the article's ethical measures;The fifth part is the legal countermeasures.
