Object:Based on the experience of foreign living organ donation management and the actual situation of living organ donation in China,the present situation of living organ donation and the main problems of living organ donation are deeply analyzed,the safety problems of living organ transplantation are discussed,the ethical problems that are known and possible in this field are integrated,and a set of living organ donation sanitation for China is constructed from various angles.Management system,in order to provide some references for the development of organ transplantation in ChinaMethods:(1)Through the literature research,comparison of current situation at home and abroad living organ donation;(2)Through the method of questionnaire,the present situation and main problems of our living organ donation were analyzed;(3)The safety problem of living organ donation through literature research methods to carry out comprehensive analysis;(4)By questionnaire survey,expert interviews to grasp our living organ donation ethics problems;(5)Through the methods of literature research,expert interviews and other construction of our living organ donation management systemResults:(1)The present situation of living organ donation:Only 15.1%of the citizens surveyed said they were very familiar with and understood the living organ transplantation;only 25.4%of the medical workers surveyed said they knew and understood the legal norms of the living organs,and 79.21%of the surveyed citizens and 61.84%of the surveyed medical staff passed through the network,television,newspapers and other mass media.The channel obtained the relevant information;43.3%of the surveyed citizens and 59.3%of the medical workers surveyed agreed to live organ transplantation to save the patient;23.2%of the surveyed citizens and 74.6%of the surveyed medical staff expressed their willingness to donate living organ transplants to save their relatives;47.4%of the investigated medical staff expressed the ethics committee for human organ transplantation.The function has no effect on its own work(2)The safety of living organ donation:living donor liver transplantation is relatively safe for donors;living donor liver transplantation is extremely beneficial to patients;current focus on living liver transplantation in children;lack of research on donor and receptor mental health;large gap between living organ transplantation levels.(3)The ethical problems of living organ donation:the existing laws and regulations are not sound;the ethical education of organ transplantation for citizens is absent;the system of living organ donation guarantee needs to be built;the independence of the organ transplantation ethics committee is lacking;the pressure of ethical review work is very difficult;the ethics committee of the organ transplant is lacking the standard of authentication;the donor may be under the pressure of the family members;the receptor's knowledge It is difficult to fully realize the right to life,and there are special ethical problems in living organ donationConclusion:In view of the previous survey results,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Improve the relevant laws and regulations;(2)Establish a supporting incentive and guarantee measures;(3)Disseminate real information with the help of social media;(4)Improve the safety of transplantation;(5)Improve the regulatory system of medical institutions;(6)Accelerate the construction of the Ethics Committee for medical organ transplantation.(7)Strengthen the legal and ethical education of medical staff.
