Study On The Influence Of Patient Participation On Patient Trust

With the continuous development of medical reform in China,the tension between doctors and patients has not been well solved.The root cause of the contradiction between doctors and patients is the problem of trust between doctors and patients,especially the serious lack of trust in patients.The interaction and cooperation between patients and doctors are needed in the process of medical treatment,which determines that in addition to careful diagnosis and treatment by doctors,patients' active participation is also needed in medical services.At present,patients participate too little in the whole medical service process,so that they do not understand the treatment process and so on,and their psychological perception changes,which is an important reason for affecting patients' trust.In order to explore the influence of patient participation on patient trust,based on the existing trust theory,social exchange theory and cognitive theory,through literature research,this study constructed psychological perception variables including psychological contract,consumption emotion and perception control,established the psychological mechanism model of patient participation and patient trust,and collected 370 copies through questionnaire survey.Finally,the model and hypothesis proposed by this research are studied by using SPSS20.0software.Through empirical research,this study found that:1.Each dimension of patient participation has a positive impact on patient trust.Performance: information search can have a positive impact on patients' trust;responsible behavior can have a positive impact on patients' trust;interpersonal interaction can have a positive impact on patients' trust.2.Each dimension of patient participation has a positive correlation with the three psychological perception variables of patients,which are manifested as information search,responsibility behavior and interpersonal interaction,respectively,have a positive impact on psychological contract,perception control and consumption emotion.3.Psychological perception variables are positively correlated with patient participation and patient trust,and mediate between patient participation and patient trust.Specifically,there is a positive correlation between psychological contract,perceived control and consumer emotion and patient trust,and there is a mediating role between patient participation and patient trust.4.Psychological safety of patients plays a moderating role between some dimensions of patient participation and patient trust.Specifically,there is no moderating effect between information search and patient trust;there is moderating effect between responsibility behavior and patient trust;there is moderating effect between interpersonal interaction and patient trust.The three dimensions of patient participation,including information search,responsible behavior and interpersonal interaction,have a significant positive impact on patient trust,which suggests that in the process of medical reform,we should pay attention to the popularization and education of patients' participation in medical treatment,encourage patients to participate actively in the whole medical process,improve the understanding and control of the treatment process,and pay attention to enhancing patients' perception.Control and psychological contract,and promote positive consumer emotions,which is conducive to the improvement of patient trust;pay attention to improving patient's psychological safety,reduce doctor-patient contradictions.
