Clinical Study On Treating Stable Angina Pectoris With Bushen Huoxue Regulatory Granules

Objective:Through research,observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue Regulatory Granules combined with western medicine on patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP).Compared with the western medicine treatment group,the angina symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,and nitroglycerin withdrawal were compared between the two groups.The improvement of the rate,electrocardiogram,blood lipids,and whole blood viscosity were analyzed.Methods:60 patients with stable angina pectoris with kidney deficiency and blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients each.Both groups were on a low-fat and low-salt diet.The control group received aspirin enteric-coated tablets,100 mg,once a day.When aspirin enteric-coated tablets could not be tolerated,clopidogrel sulfate tablets were used,50mg-75 mg,once a day.Sustained release tablets of metoprolol succinate,23.75 mg-95 mg,once a day;Adjust dose according to the change of apparent heart rate;Atorvastatin calcium tablets,20 mg,once a day;Benazepril hydrochloride2.5mg-10 mg,once a day,adjust the dose according to the blood pressure;Sublingual nitroglycerin tablets if necessary.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group took orally Bushen Huoxue Regulatory Granules granules(shudi,yam,cornus officinalis,eucommia ulmoides,achyrantha bidentata,chuanxiong,salvia miltiorrhiza,angelica,motherwort,poria,alisma,danpi,astragalus,cuscuta).The granules were prepared by the affiliated hospital of jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine.Course of treatment: each group received 4 weeks of one course of treatment and 3 consecutive courses of treatment were evaluated.Results:1 Comparison of TCM Syndrome Efficacy: After treatment,the treatment group improved TCM syndromes such as chest pain,chest tightness,waist and knees and other symptoms than the control group.(P<0.05).2 Comparison of the efficacy of angina symptoms: After treatment,the treatment group improved the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients better than the control group.(P<0.05).3 Stopping reduction rate of nitroglycerin: After treatment,the treatment group reduced the nitroglycerin use rate more than the control group.(P<0.05).4 Comparison of ecg efficacy: the changes in ST segment and T wave of ecg were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).5 blood lipid index comparison: after treatment the treatment group in regulating blood lipid(total cholesterol,TC),(triglycerides,TG),(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C),(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)is better than that in control group(P<0.05).6 Whole blood viscosity: After treatment,the treatment group improved Whole blood high cut relative index,GQXD,Whole blood low cut relative index,DQXD,whole blood reduction viscosity: low cut,HDQ,whole blood reduction viscosity: high cut,HGQ is better than the control Group,each P<0.05.7 Comparison of comprehensive efficacy: in terms of TCM syndrome efficacy,angina pectoris efficacy,stopping reduction rate of nitroglycerin,electrocardiogram efficacy,lipid-regulating efficacy and whole blood viscosity regulation,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).8 Safety comparison: both groups had adverse reactions,but the degree of adverse reactions was relatively minor,and no treatment was required.The incidence of adverse reactions was equal between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Bushen Huoxue Regulatory Granule can reduce the symptoms of TCM patients with stable angina pectoris such as chest tightness,chest pain,waist and knees,and improve the quality of life of patients.2 the granules can effectively relieve angina symptoms.3 the granules can effectively reduce the utilization rate of nitroglycerin and improve the prognosis of heart.4 the application of the granules significantly changed the ST-T segment of the ecg and reduced myocardial ischemia and hypoxia.5 The granules can regulate the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C as well as the whole blood viscosity(HGQ,HDQ,GQXD,DQXD),reduce the risk stratification of cardiovascular diseases and improve the prognosis.6 this granule has no obvious adverse reactions,and may even reduce the incidence of side effects of statins and anti-platelet aggregation drugs.In summary,the granules were formulated using a holistic concept and a syndrome differentiation method.The granules combined with western medicine are superior to Western medicine in treating kidney qi and blood stasis type stable angina pectoris.
