This thesis included two parts:Studies on the Chemical Constituents from Callicarpa Kwangtungensis Chun and Quality Control Standard of Incarvillea arguta.Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun is a kind plant of Verbenacea Callicarpa L.The medicinal material is included in 2015 edition of the ChP.Its main medicinal parts are dry stems and leaves,which have the effects of heat-clear ing and detoxifying,scattered stasis,and convergence bleeding.It also can be used for traumatic bleeding,blood stasis,vomiting blood,hemoptysis,blood in the stool,uterine bleeding and other symptoms.The clinical application is mainly gynecological diseases such as abdominal inflammation,pelvic inflamm atory disease,cervicitis,and the obvious therapeutic effects are remarkable.In this paper,forty-six compounds were obtained by the columnchromatography methods from the ethyl acetate part of Callicarpa kwangtungensis Chun.The structures were identified by various spectroscopy methods and identified as:5,7,2',6'-tetrahydroxyflavone?1??kaempferol?2??5,7-dihydroxy-3,4'-dimethoxyfla vone?3??5,7-dihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone?4??quercetin?5??dihydroquercetin?6??2,3-dehydrosilychristin?7??silychristin A?8??silybin A?9??isosilybin A?10??isosilybin B?11??2,3-dehydrosilybin?12??genistin?13??daidzin?14??3'-methoxypuerarin?15??puerarin?16???7R,8S?-3-methoxy-3',4,9-trihydroxy-4',7-epoxy-8,3'-neolignane-1'-carboxylic acid?17???7R,8R?-3-methoxyl-4,9-dihydroxy-3':7,4':8-diepoxyneolignan-1'-carboxylic acid methyl ester?18??syringaresinol?19??medioresinol?20???7R,8S?-3,5'-dimethoxy-4',7-epoxy-8,3'-neolignane-5,9,9'-triol?21???2S,3R?-methyl 7-hydroxy-2-?4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl?-3-?hydro xymethyl?-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-carboxylate?22??curcasinlignan B?23???+?-erythro-7-O-ethylguaiacylglycerol?24???+?-lyoniresinol-3a-O-?-D-glucopyranosi de?25??3-hydroxy-1-?4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl?-2-[4-?3-hydroxy-1-?E?-propen yl?-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy]propyl-?-D-glucopyranoside?26??vanillin?27??syri ngic acid?28??(3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid?29??p-hydroxy-benzaldehy de?30??icariside C5?31???3S,6E,10R?-10-?-D-glucopyranosyloxy-3,11-dihydrox y-3,7,11-trimethyldodeca-1,6-dine?32???6S,9R?-roseoside?33??lanceolatin A?34??19?-hydroxyursolic acid?35??2?,3?,19?,23-tetrahydroxy-12-ene-28-oleanolic acid?36??euscaphic acid?37??2?,3?,19?-trihydroxyolean-12-en-23,28-dioic aci d?38??2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenol-1-O-?-D-glucopyranoside?39??3,4,5-tri methoxyphenyl-?-D-glucopyranoside?40??echinacoside?41??brandioside?42??acteoside?43??forsythoside?44??alyssonoside?45???-adenosine?46?.Among them,compounds 1718 were new compounds,compounds 1?68?1316?1926?33?3536?3839?46 were isolated from Callicarpa genus for th e first time,compounds 27?37?41 were isolated from this plant for the first time.Incarvillea arguta,belonging to the family Incarvillea L,the dry or fresh whole plant could be used for the treatment.Its medicinal materials are included in the Quality Standards of Chinese Medicinal Materials and National Medicinal Materials in Guizhou Province?2003 edition:Maozicao/Jieshicao?and Standards of Chinese Medicinal Materials in Yunnan Province?fourth volume,Yi medicine??2005 edition:Liangtoumao/Lilawei?.Incarvillea arguta is used by the Yi,Miao,Pumi,Tibetan andethnic groups in China.It has the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,anti-inflammatory and pain relief,and removing dampness.The clinical application is mainly for the treatment of these diseases such as hepatitis and stone disease.According to the study of chemical and active composition of Incarvillea arguta,terpenoids are the main active components of it.In this paper,TLC method was used to qualitatively identify oleanolic acid in Incarvillea arguta and optimize the TLC identification method of it.Plantarenaloside is the main active ingredient in the treatment of cholelithiasis.HPLC is used to determine the content of plantarenaloside.Determination of the content of plantarenaloside:CAPCELL PAK C18 chromatographic column?5?m,250 mm×4.6 mm?,acetonitrile-water?10:90?as the mobile phase,detection wavelength of 244 nm,the flow rate is 1.0ml/min.The results showed that the injection amount of psyllium glycoside was in the range of 0.04380.5259?g,and the peak area showed a good linear relationship with the injection volume.The regression equation:Y=36.2910X+0.1667,the correlation coefficient R2=0.9999?n=6?.Through the investigation of accuracy,stability,reproducibility and recovery rate,the method is accurate,simple and reproducible,and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for psyllium glycosides.The results show that the method is accurate,simple and reproducible,and it can be used as a detection method for plantarenaloside.In addition,this paper also studied the moisture,total ashacid,insoluble ash and leachables of 19 batches of Incarvillea arguta,and established a reasonable inspection limit.
