Objective:To investigate the analysis of cognition, choice willingness, demand level and influencing factors of maternal health care institutions in Hainan, and to provide suggestions for meeting the needs of maternal and child postnatal care, and to provide reference and help for the long-term healthy development of Hainan post-natal care institutions. Methods: In this study,a questionnaire was designed through literature research, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to randomly conduct on-site questionnaire surveys of pregnant women in 8 medical institutions in 6 cities and counties of Hainan Province from October 20 to December 2018.A total of 605 copies, the overall effective recovery rate of 96.8%.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS20.0 software. The count data was statistically described by frequency percentage. The chi-square test was used for comparison between groups. The measurement data was expressed by((?)±s),and data processing was performed by one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis.,qualitative and quantitative analysis combined with data analysis. The test level is ?=0.05.Results:1.96.1% of pregnant women think that postpartum confinement is important, only 13.4% of pregnant women have a better understanding of the lunar center, and the overall maternal awareness is not high.Very few pregnant women have had the experience of confinement in the postpartum care institution.2.Only 6.3% of pregnant women have the intention to go to the post-natal care institution.44.3% of the pregnant women are interested but still considering, and 49.4% will not choose the post-natal care institution.Maternal classification, pregnancy period, cultural level, permanent residence, family monthly income, understanding of postpartum care institutions, level of interest, usefulness of service recognition, value recognition and family attitudes, these factors vary between groups and choose maternal postpartum. The differences between these factors have an impact on the willingness of pregnant women to choose postpartum care institutions(P<0.05).,and the pricing, professional level, and regulatory level of postnatal care institutions are also important factors.3.Maternal women have a higher overall demand for post-natal care institutions. The demand scores of all dimensions are above 4 points. The main factors affecting the demand level of service are the cultural level, monthly income and age.The higher the cultural level and monthly income, the greater the demand. And between the ages of 20 and 43 years, the older the age group, the lower the level of demand.Discussion:The traditional concept of “confinement” is profound, but the public perception of postpartum care institutions is insufficient.Different culture levels, economic levels and differences in autonomy affect the willingness to choose, and the overall willingness is low.Maternal women's willingness to choose postpartum care institutions is also affected.Due to the price, professional level and supervision level of post-natal care institutions, maternal demand for post-natal care institutions is higher. The demand level is mainly affected by factors such as cultural level and economic level. The service environment of post-natal care institutions does not meet the maternity needs.Suggestion:Provide multi-level and personalized services for mothers and children, build a professional talent team, raise public awareness of post-natal care institutions, improve the service environment within the organization, and strengthen government supervision and support.
