Objectives 1 To construct a questionnaire for postpartum care needs of parturients.2 To investigate the status quo of postpartum care needs of parturients in Chengde city,and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to comprehensively understand the characteristics of postpartum nursing needs of different pregnant women,to further promote the " maternal-centered" humanized,personalized high-quality nursing services and the construction of postpartum service institutions to meet the needs of pregnant women to provide a reference.Methods 1 Methods of constructing a questionnaire: Literature review and Delphi expert consultation were used to construct a questionnaire on maternal postpartum care needs.A convenient sampling method was used to conduct a pre-survey,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.2 Methods of investigating the status quo of postpartum care needs of parturients: a convenient sampling method were used to investigate 5 dimensions of nursing needs(physiological nursing needs,psychological care needs,maternal nursing related knowledge needs,neonatal nursing related knowledge needs and environmental nursing needs)of 317 parturients hospitalized in three hospitals in Chengde city from May to October in 2017 were selected as the research objects.Self designed postpartum nursing needs questionnaire and social support scale(SSRS)were used as the rearch tools.Descriptive analysis,ANOVA,t test and multivariate linear regression analysis were used to refine the influencing factors of each dimension.Results 1 The questionnaire of maternal postpartum care needs,including 5 dimensions and 42 items,has good reliability and validity and acceptability.2 The status quo of postpartum nursing demand of parturients: according to the demand score,from higher to lower,the order was physiological nursing demand(3.50±0.44),neonatal nursing related knowledge demand(3.43±0.34),psychological nursing demand(3.36±0.50),postpartum environmental nursing demand(3.22±0.39),maternal nursing related knowledge demand(3.02 ±0.41).3 Single factor analysis: the influencing factors of physiological nursing needs and psychological nursing needs are mainly include education level,whether maternal is single child,mode of delivery,the level of social support,main caregivers and whether to participate in training during pregnancy and the quality of sleep(p<0.05);the influencing factors of maternal nursing related knowledge needs and neonatal nursing related knowledge needs are mainly include age,education level,income level,whether maternal is single child,number of childbirth,social support level,main caregivers and whether to participate in training during pregnancy(p<0.05);the influencing factors of environmental nursing needs are mainly include education level,income level,whether maternal is single child,social support level and the quality of sleep(p<0.05).4 Multifactor linear regression analysis: main caregivers,education level,the quality of sleep,whether maternal is single child,age and the level of social support(p<0.05).Conclusions 1 The questionnaire has good reliability,validity and acceptability.It can be applied to the survey of maternal postpartum care needs.2 Puerpera has 4 kinds of nursing needs,including physiology,psychology,knowledge and environment.3 Educational level factors,maternal being only child and social support factors have an impact on the 4 dimensions of postnatal postnatal needs;the main caregivers and whether the parturients of postpartum have received the training during pregnancy mainly affect the physiological,psychological and knowledge needs;sleep quality factors mainly affect the physiological,psychological and environmental needs;the mode of delivery mainly affects the physiological and psychological needs;age and the delivery times only affect maternal knowledge needs.
