Effects Of Three-stage Rehabilitation Network System For Patients With Knee Osteoarthritis In Community

Objective:Using the management of the three-stage rehabilitation network system,provide treatment for the patients with knee osteoarthritis.Analyze the effect of the system,in order to evaluate the clinical value of three-stage rehabilitation network system in the rehabilitation of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Choosing 100 knee osteoarthritis patients in xuhui district street community health service center between August 2014 and March 2014.All patients were randomly divided into control group(50cases)and intervention group(50cases).The intervention group received treatment under the guidance of three-stage rehabilitation network system.The control group accepted routine drug therapy.Compare and analyze the basic date and the Visual Analogue Score(VAS)and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score of both group before and6 weeks after intervention.Results:1,Compared with baseline respectively,the VAS and WOMAC score are reduced of both group after 6 weeks-intervention.The difference is statistically significant(P ? 0.01),confirming that the symptoms of both the intervention group and control group were improved after treatment.2.After 6 weeks-intervention,the VAS and WOMAC score of the intervention group is lower than control group.The difference is statistically significant(P ?0.01),confirming that the symptoms of the intervention group is milder than the control group after 6 weeks-intervention.3.The VAS and WOMAC score of the intervention group reduce more than control group after 6 weeks-intervention.The difference is statistically significant(P?0.01),confirming that the intervention group can better improve symptoms than control group after 6 weeks-intervention.Conclusion:The three-stage rehabilitation network system can effectively improve symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis,and its effects is better than routine drug therapy.This study provide that the three-stage rehabilitation network system is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
