| 【Background】Somatosensory interactive rehabilitation training is a new type of modern high-tech rehabilitation training technology, which combines multimedia technology into sports rehabilitation, making it entertaining and intelligent.Researchers have found that it has a good effect in the rehabilitation of movement disorders, cognitive disorders and balance disorder.Scapulohumeral periarthritis is a common disease in the elderly;the clinical incidence rate is 20.6%.Since the disease has brought pain and shoulder dysfunction and has a longer duration,it has brought great suffering and inconvenient to the patients, seriously affecting their quality of life.Combined with the latest research progress of somatosensory interaction technology and the popularization of information technology in family and community, this study explored the effect and prospect of somatosensory interactive rehabilitation training technique in community rehabilitation training of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Firstly,we carried out a survey on the status of the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in the community,to find out the distribution of patients and to those who were willing to participate in the trial. Then,we observed the effects of somatosensory interactive technology training on those subjects regarding the aspects of motor rehabilitation. On this basis,we aimed to provide information and evidence in a wide range of technical applications in the community-based rehabilitation.【Objective】Based on the literature review and a professional perspective of rehabilitation care, combined with the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis physiological, psychological, hobbies, etc. To observe the rehabilitation effect of somatosensory interactive rehabilitation training on patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis, and to study its application prospect in community,In addition, improve the shoulder function of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis, improve the quality of life, improve the community rehabilitation care system,to provide theoretical and practical guidance.【Methods】This study were composed of investigation and quasi-experimental research methods, centered on quasi-experimental research methods.Three communities in Hangzhou were selected and facilitate the sampling of 258 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis to investigate,62 cases that were willing to participate in the experimental study were recruited on the basis of investigation;they were randomly divided into experimental group 30 cases and control group 32 cases. The members of the control group used the community routine training method and the experimental group members received a 30 minutes the implementation of somatosensory interactive rehabilitation training three times in a week and for 12 weeks. The shoulder joint function evaluation scale and the shoulder range measuring instrument were used to evaluate the pain, shoulder range, muscle strength, activity of daily living and local morphological indexes, and the grip strength was measured by using the gripper function respectively before and after four weeks, eight weeks and twelve weeks for the sake of assessing the effect of intervention,【Results】1.The survey results: The age of the subjects was 28-79 years and the mean year was(52.86 ± 15.47)years,and the prevalence rate was younger.Female patients more than male patients, and the percentage was 54.3%.The average course of the subjects was(3.93 ± 2.91)years,the percentage more than 5 years was 24.8%.The right shoulder of the majority of patients was up to 41.1%;The most common methods of community rehabilitation were exercise, massage and other traditional chinese medicine therapy, the percentage were 48.4% and 43.4% respectively. In addition,16.7% of patients had never accepted any treatment. The score of scapulohumeral periarthritis rehabilitation knowledge and attitude was(27.91 ± 6.40)points,the difference between the high and low points was relatively large and the score was at a low level.Different degrees of education, marital status, income status and cognitive status of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis, the scores of rehabilitation knowledge were different and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The experimental results:(1)Experimental group members’ shoulder function, especially the pain, shoulder range of activities and daily living capacity were improved. The pain of the experimental group members, the range of activities of the shoulder and the daily activities were improved at 8 weeks of intervention, and there was significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01),and there were interaction between intervention factors and time factors.(2)After the intervention, the total score of the experimental group members’ s shoulder joint was increased from(49.86 ± 16.11)points to(73.70 ± 5.86).The pain score increased from(12.50 ± 5.68)points to(22.83 ± 2.52)points and the pain were reduced. The range of shoulder joint activity increased from(12.50 ± 5.68)points to(22.83 ± 2.52)points,and the range of activities were expanded. The daily life activities increased from(19.96 ± 6.73)points to(27.43 ± 2.16)points,and the ability of daily living activities improved.(3)There were significant differences in the shoulder joint function scores, pain, shoulder range, muscle strength, daily living activity and local morphological scores between the experimental group and the control group at four time points(P<0.05),and changed with the change of time.(4)After 12 weeks of intervention, the score of total shoulder function, pain, shoulder range and daily living activity of the experimental group members were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.01)and the remaining scores were not statistically different(P>0.05).(5)Compared with the baseline, after 4 weeks of intervention, the shoulder joint function of the experimental group members, the range of shoulder activities, the ability of daily activities were significantly improved(P<0.01),muscle strength improved(P<0.05),the degree of pain was significantly reduced(P<0.01).And after 12 weeks of intervention, the effect was maintained(P<0.01).The shoulder joint function, shoulder range of activities and activities of daily living ability of control group members were improved(P<0.01)significantly,and the pain reliefed(P<0.05).And after 12 weeks of intervention, the effect was maintained(P<0.01).(6)The efficacy of the experimental group and the control group was statistically tested Z=-2.380,P=0.017(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Indicating that the effect of the treatment methods in the improvement of the shoulder overall function of the two groups has differences, and the treatment of somatosensory interactive rehabilitation training is better than control group.3.There were no significant difference in the grip strength between the experimental group and the control group after 12 weeks of intervention(P>0.05).【Conclusions】Somatological interactive rehabilitation training could alleviate the degree of pain in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis, increase the range of shoulder activities, reduce the signs of shoulder movement disorders and enhance the ability of daily life,so it can be effectively applied to patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. However, the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis lacked in rehabilitation knowledge, and the community rehabilitation service system was imperfect. We recommend that community health services should strengthen the health guidance and mission of rehabilitation of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis, provide reliable rehabilitation methods and improve their quality of life. |
