Objective: The objective of the study is to identify the different expression of CCN1-CCN3 protein in normal fallopian tubes and tubes tissues with inflammation and pregnancy, future to explore the difference in normal fallopian tubes and tubes tissues with inflammation and pregnancy with the method of immunohistochemical staining which provides new ideas for the further study of pathogenesis of tubal pregnancy. Methods: The pathological biopsies that include 18 cases of normal fallopian tubes,13 cases of inflammatory tubes and 23 cases of tubal pregnancy tissues were obtained from Shanghai SongJiang Maternal and Child Health Care Department of Pathology from the year 2012 to 2014 by surgical resection. The method used to identify the expression differences of CCN1-3 protein in in normal fallopian tubes and tubes tissues with inflammation and pregnancy. Results:The immunohistochemical staining results show the expression level of CCN1?CCN3 in distinct fallopian tube tissue types with no statistical significance.Compared with normal fallopian tubes,CCN2 was lower expressed in the tube tissues with tubal pregnancy, but the difference with no statistical significance in the tubes tissues with inflammation. Conclusion:There is no obvious relationship between the CCN1?CCN3 protein expression and tubal pregnancy. The expression level of CCN2 in normal fallopian tubes is higher than tube tissues with tubal pregnancy, suggesting the lower expression level of CCN2 may play a role in the pathogenic process in tubal pregnancy.
