Objective Ovarian corpus luteum rupture is a common acute abdomen in gynecology.Because of its lack of early diagnosis,it has a high misdiagnosis rate in gynecologic acute abdomen. This article intends to analyze a number of related factors related to the onset of corpus luteum rupture,in order to be able to quickly and accurately diagnose early, timely treatment and reduce misdiagnosis from the perspective of related factors of the disease;to provide more scientific and accurate diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Based on,further improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods According to the retrospective analysis method,124 patients with ovarian corpus luteum rupture were diagnosed between January 2012 and December 2018.According to the color Doppler ultrasound, pelvic fluid>3cm was group A,and?3cm was group B.Before the color ultrasound examination of the depth of pelvic fluid, ultrasound indicates that the pelvic fluid depth is less than 3.0 cm,the estimated amount of bleeding in the abdominal cavity is below 400 ml,it can be considered that the amount of bleeding in the abdominal cavity of the patient has not reached the dangerous value[1,2,3];According to the actual intra-abdominal blood volume recorded in the operation?the sum of free fluid volume and blood clot is consistent with the literature report,it is divided into two groups?;retrospective investigation of the incidence of ovarian corpus luteum hemorrhage, try to expose factors Quantify and conduct a questionnaire survey by a special person to reduce recall bias.Try to avoid the choice of offset.Fill in the patient questionnaire one by one.The original data were input by SPSS 21.0 software for data processing. The measurement data were expressed by X±s,t test, counting data by percentage,and?2 test. The difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The independent risk factors of ovarian corpus luteum rupture?calculation OR value and 95%confidence interval;OR is correlation coefficient,OR greater than 1 is risk factors,OR less than 1 is protective factors?were analyzed retrospectively. Results 1.From the age distribution, the age of ovarian corpus luteum rupture is mainly distributed between 15 and 45 years old;the average age is 31.3±7.8 years.2.from the menstrual cycle, ovarian corpus luteum rupture occurs in the middle and late stages of menstrual secretion.3.ovarian corpus luteum rupture has a certain incentive, ovarian corpus luteum rupture mostly in women of childbearing age,and sexual life, the cause of sexual intercourse is the main cause of sexual intercourse, followed by strenuous exercise, forced defecation, body position changes.4.After single factor logistic analysis, the occupational, body mass index, blood type, pelvic inflammatory disease, occupational P<0.05 of the two groups of data were statistically significant for ovarian corpus luteum rupture;multivariate two-category unconditional Logistic stepwise Regression analysis showed that the OR value of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease was greater than 1,and the blood value of BMI,A,B,and AB blood was less than 1.Conclusion 1.ovarian corpus callosum rupture occurs in women of childbearing age, with 21-35 years old.2.ovarian corpus luteum bleeding occurs in the middle and late stages of menstrual secretion.3.the cause of sexual intercourse is the main cause of sexual intercourse, followed by strenuous exercise, forced bowel movements, body position changes.4.The risk of ovarian corpus luteum rupture in women with blood type A,B,and AB is lower than that of women with O-type blood, which is a protective factor for rupture of ovarian corpus luteum;women with blood type O-type are risk factors for rupture of corpus luteum.5.Increased BMI is a protective factor for rupture of corpus luteum in the ovary?OR=0.85,95%CI=0.688-0.941?.6.Pelvic inflammatory disease is an independent risk factor for rupture of corpus luteum in the ovary?OR=7.87,95%CI=2.591-23.873?.
