Objective with the improvement of medical level in modern times,we gradually realize that congenital heart disease, especially severe congenital heart disease, has become a serious disease which affects the life safety and growth and development of children. This article carries on the simple congenital heart disease screening program to the newborn in our hospital, and compares the results obtained with the related research at home and abroad, analyzes the related data, and gives the screening program to the newborn congenital heart disease. The feasibility, clinical value and significance of detection of severe congenital heart disease(CHD)were discussed. Methods according to the exclusion criteria and inclusion criteria, live newborns delivered in our hospital from December 1,2016 to November 10,2018,and newborns admitted to neonatal pediatrics due to illness were selected.Group:according to the positive results of screening, they were divided into three groups:percutaneous oxygen saturation group, cardiac murmur group, percutaneous oxygen saturation combined with cardiac murmur group. The newborns were screened for percutaneous oxygen saturation within 24 hours after birth, and cardiac murmur auscultation was performed 24 hours later. The positive infants were diagnosed by echocardiography on the same day,and all the positive infants were recorded.Follow-up: false negative results in each group were obtained by late clinical follow-up,for example, congenital heart disease was found in screened negative neonates during follow-up,but false-negative.All children with positive diagnosis were re-examined by cardiac color Doppler ultrasound at the age of 6months.Results the sensitivity of percutaneous oxygen saturation combined with cardiac murmur auscultation for screening congenital heart disease and severe congenital heart disease was 78.7% and 88.5% respectively. The sensitivity of percutaneous oxygen saturationscreening for congenital heart disease and severe congenital heart disease was 56.6% and69.2%,respectively.The incidence of neonatal congenital heart disease in this period of time was 15.8 ‰.With the natural closure of some congenital heart diseases such as patent ductus arteriosus, small ventricular septal defect and atrial septal defect, the incidence of congenital heart disease in this hospital was 15.8 ‰.The incidence of congenital heart disease decreased to 9.3 ‰ after 6 months of follow-up.Conclusion 1.The sensitivity of percutaneous oxygen saturation monitoring combined with cardiac murmur auscultation in neonatal congenital heart disease screening was higher than that of single screening, especially in severe congenital heart disease screening. This simple screening scheme is of great significance for early identification, early diagnosis, treatment and timely rescue of severe congenital heart disease.2.Compared with other literatures, the incidence of congenital heart disease obtained in this study is slightly different, but it can reflect the real incidence and composition ratio of neonatal congenital heart disease in our hospital in this period of time.
