Objective:By selecting the patients who met individual normal occlusion as the objects of study, and guided by restoration, the cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)was used to simulate the immediate implantation of maxillary central incisors, and the angle between the virtual implant and the long axis of maxillary central incisors was measured and analyzed,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the immediate implantation of maxillary central incisors implantation of anterior teeth.Method:(1)Totally 120 patients who visited the Department of Iimplantation,School of Stomatology Inner Mongolia Medical University from September 2016 to October2018 were selected. All patients were scanned by CBCT.The Dicom format data obtained from CBCT scanning were imported into InVivo 5 software to simulate immediate implantation of maxillary central incisor. The angle between the implant and the long axis of maxillary central incisor was measured.(2).240 maxillary central incisors were classified according to the classification method of Kan et al.[1]and they were classified as class I,II,III and IV.Results:(1)120 maxillary central incisors on each side of 120 patients, the simulation of the implanted implant and maxillary incisor angle is 21(4.05°±1.28)and 11(4.04°±1.14°),P>0.05,There was no significant difference in the included angle between the simulated implant and the long axis of the maxillary left central incisor and right central incisor. To make the left and right side of incisor measured data merged,n=240,240 simulated implanted implant and maxillary incisor in long axis average minimum deviation angle is4.04°±1.21°.(2)To grouping by age, youth group:4.07°±1.28°,middle-aged group:4.02°±1.17°,There was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05),while the significant differences within each groups(P<0.05);When grouped by gender, male patients:3.77°±1.15°,female patients:4.33°±1.24°,significant difference was found between groups(P<0.05),there was no significant difference within each group(P>0.05),which means the angle between virtual implant and maxillary incisor long axis is not affected significantly by age;According to the results, the angle between virtual implant and long axis of maxillary incisor in women were larger than that in men;(3)240 maxillary incisor:type I(165)to simulate the long axis of the implant and maxillary incisor angle is 4.63°±0,94°;Class II(38):2.87°±0.63°;Class IV(37):2.69°±0.78°,because of class III is 0,so not included in the statistical analysis, only the class I,II,IV and measurements for the single factor analysis of variance class I and class II and class IV had significant difference(P<0.05),class II and class IV there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.individual normal occlusion patients,CBCT under simulated immediate implant and maxillary incisor in the minimum deviation angle is 4.04°±1.21°;2.This angle is not affected by age,It is related to the classification of maxillary central incisor and the gender of patients,Female patients are larger than male patients, and the implant Angle of category I is slightly larger than that of category II and IV.Since there is sufficient palatal bone in category I,it can obtain a good aesthetic repair effect and is an ideal choice for immediate implantation.
