Recent Aesthetic Evaluation Of Immediate Implant Of The Maxillary Anterior Region

Objective: By comparing the immediate and delayed planting red aesthetic alterationsand planting index patient implant bone labial bone plate indicators such as observation,to compare the recent evaluation of the aesthetic effect immediately planted.Methods:January2011to June2013in Longgang District Central Hospital ofShenzhen of Stomatology patients, we selected38cases of single anterior teeth missingcases,18cases in experimental group: treated with immediate implant18implants. Acontrol group of20cases: delayed planting implants in20. Comparison between thetwo groups use CBCT implant denture labial bone plate at different levels of the samename that is healthy adjacent teeth cemento-enamel junction (CEJ) square root of2mm,4mm,6mm,8mm,10mm thickness, and when the labial bone plate perpendicular to thechanges, and comparing the gap between each. Use Pink esthetic score (PES) for therepair of soft tissue implants after case evaluation and measurement of the patient’ssubjective satisfaction was measured using SSPS22.0statistical data analysis software.Results:Analysis of CBCT images of38cases of the patients enrolled in the study byshooting, after3,6,12months between two groups of labial bone plate in the same lineof adjacent teeth root CEJ measurement points2mm,4mm,6mm,8mm,10mmthickness changes the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);3,6months afteroperation, two groups of labial bone plate vertical height change with significantdifference (P<0.05). Permanent repair in3months,6months after implant immediateimplantation group when the PES value was higher than that of delayed implantationgroup, permanent repair at3months there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05), subjective satisfaction of immediate implant patients was significantly higherthan that of delayed implantation group.Conclusion:1Immediate implant and tooth extraction can prevent the absorption ofalveolar ridge, but more in terms of delayed implant whether horizontal or vertical extent of absorption must be slow.2Use the line immediately anterior maxillary bone material when planting tomaintain the hard tissue morphology is necessary conducive maxillary anterior implantsites labial bone plate to incremental levels, reduce the risk of soft tissue retraction.3Recent clinical effects of maxillary anterior soft tissue aesthetic tooth implants anddelayed implant than satisfactory, long-term effects to be seen.
